Nick Ivezaj has been appointed as General Manager at Kimpton Ink48 Hotel

Kimpton Ink48 Hotel, a boutique hotel in the heart of Hell"s Kitchen in New York City, appointed Nick Ivezaj as its new GM. In his role, Ivezaj will oversee all aspects of the hotel and its day-to-day operations as well as its continued growth and success. Ivezaj is a Native New Yorker who cut his teeth in hospitality at the famed Plaza Hotel back in 1997. In 2003, he became the director of guest services at the W Times Square. In 2007, he joined Hotel Mela Times Square as GM, a position he held for seven years. Ivezaj then made the move to Highgate Hotels, where he oversaw a new Hilton Hotel in Times Square for more than two years before joining Kimpton Ink48 earlier this year. Accolades Ivezaj received throughout his career include General Manager of the Year by Trust Hospitality in 2012 and New Executive of the Year by Highgate Hotels in 2016.

Karim Abdelhamid has been appointed as Hotel Manager at The Knickerbocker Hotel

The Knickerbocker Hotel announces the appointment of Karim Abdelhamid to Hotel Manager of the landmark luxury-lifestyle hotel. Effective immediately, Abdelhamid is responsible for managing guest experiences as well as overall operations throughout the 330-room hotel, including the signature restaurant and bar, Charlie Palmer at The Knick; St. Cloud rooftop bar and lounge; ground-level café and eatery, Jake"s Coffee Roasters; and a 2,200-square-foot event space.

Jason Hsiang has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Development for North America at YOTEL

YOTEL today appointed Jason Hsiang as Senior Vice President of Development for North America. Based in New York, Jason will spearhead the acquisitions and development team responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing joint venture agreements, acquisitions, and long-term management agreements for new YOTEL, YOTELAIR and YOTELPAD projects in the USA and Canada. Jason joins YOTEL from Thor Equities where most recently he held the position of SVP of Hospitality.
