Chintan Dadhich has been named General Manager at Conrad New York Downtown

Hilton announced the appointment of Chintan Dadhich as the general manager of Lower Manhattan's only all-suite luxury hotel, Conrad New York Downtown. In his role, he will lead all aspects of hotel operations of the 463-room property, placing an emphasis on guest service and satisfaction. Dadhich joins Conrad New York Downtown from the Five Star Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, bringing superior hospitality experience and many industry accolades, including the Hilton Americas' 2021 General Manager of the Year Award.

Gilles Stellardo has been appointed as General Manager at Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s New York

Born in Nice, France, Gilles was immersed into the hospitality industry from a young age. His grandparents were in the restaurant business, and his parents owned five hotels across Nice, Menton, and Lyon. In addition, his great grandfather's brother was the co-owner of Fouquet's Brasserie in Champs Elysée. After a successful career as a classical ballet dancer, Gilles began his hospitality career in 1993. Through many years of experience in hotels across Europe, Gilles gained a high level of expertise in the luxury hotel industry, most recently working as the Managing Director for the Mercer Hotel in New York.

Based in New York, she will serve as a senior member of CHMWarnick's asset management and advisory teams, supporting clients with strategic investment decisions related to hotel acquisition, development, and repositioning strategies, brand/management selection, and capital planning, among others. Aragosa brings expertise in economic, financial, and operational analysis, as well as organizational and general consulting for the hospitality and related services industries. Prior to joining CHMWarnick, Aragosa was with CBRE's Advisory Northeast Division, providing a wide range of hospitality consulting services to clients, including major sources of debt financing, private hotel companies, private sector hotel developers, and private member clubs. Aragosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
