Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is now accepting reservations for its elegantly redesigned Seaport Tower deluxe guest rooms, set to welcome visitors beginning June 2025. Following the unveiling of its updated signature restaurant Sally's, this milestone advances the bayfront hotel's comprehensive transformation by introducing the first wave of reimagined accommodations. Meticulously designed in collaboration with award-winning firm Parker Torres Design, the room renovation commenced in January 2025 and will continue through 2026, elevating the guest experience and cementing Manchester Grand Hyatt's status as a definitive landmark of Southern California hospitality.
