Anita Rahman has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Grand Hyatt San Francisco

Grand Hyatt San Francisco announces the appointment of Anita Rahman as the hotel’s new Director of Sales and Marketing. Rahman was most recently Director of Sales and Marketing at Andaz Maui at Wailea, where she led the efforts in opening the brand’s first resort destination. Having previously held roles at Hyatts in San Francisco, Seattle, and San Diego, Rahman brings with her 16 years of experience with Hyatt, a keen understanding of marketing and sales goals, and a strong familiarity with the city’s hospitality industry.Rahman began her Hyatt career as Catering and Conference Services Manager at the Park Hyatt San Francisco, and was eventually promoted to Sales Manager at the hotel. After serving in a variety of sales roles at Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Andaz San Diego, Rahman joined the opening team at Andaz Maui at Wailea in 2012 as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Rahman provided leadership and strategy during the launch of the Andaz brand’s first-ever resort destination.

Jason Williams has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Zephyr

Hotel Zephyr, the first property within the new Pivot Hotels & Resorts lifestyle & luxury collection portfolio and one of San Francisco’s newest boutique hotels, today announced the appointment of Jason Williams as General Manager. In his role, Williams will lead all operations of the 361-room premier waterfront property, which opened after a transformative $32-million full redesign in summer 2015. Williams brings more than 13 years of hospitality industry experience to his position. He began his career with the Renaissance Agoura Hills & Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and moved to Los Angeles where he managed multi-million dollar renovations at the Doubletree Atlanta-Buckhead and Doubletree Los Angeles Westside as hotel manager, and Sheraton Agoura Hills as general manager. Prior to joining Hotel Zephyr, Williams acted as interim general manager for Sheraton Iowa City Hotel, hotelVetro and Valley River Inn.

Kimberly Atkinson has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Hotel Zelos

Benchmark Hospitality International, a U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Kimberly Atkinson director of human resources for Hotel Zelos, a Personal Luxury property located in San Francisco, California. Sietse Nabben, General Manager, made the announcement.Kimberly Atkinson was previously human resources manager for the Villa Florence Hotel, located in San Francisco. She held the same position for the East Bay Hotel Collection and the San Francisco Hotel Collection of Joie De Vivre Hospitality. Ms. Atkinson is a graduate of City College of San Francisco. She resides in the Bay area.

Mario Chang Kin Kee has been appointed as Director of Finance at Hotel Zelos

Benchmark Hospitality International has named Mario Chang Kin Kee Director of Finance for Hotel Zelos, a Personal Luxury property located in San Francisco, California. Sietse Nabben, General Manager, made the announcement.Mario Chang Kin Kee was most recently assistant controller for the Fairmont Hotel, located in San Jose, California. He was previously accounting manager for the San Diego Sheraton Hotel & Marina. Prior to this, he held the position of accountant for the W New York Downtown Hotel in Manhattan.

Sietse Nabben has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Zelos

Benchmark Hospitality International, a U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Sietse Nabben general manager for Hotel Zelos, a Personal Luxury property located in San Francisco, California. Greg Champion, president and COO, made the announcement. Sietse Nabben was previously area general manager for Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa, located in Sausalito, California, as well as The Lodge at Tiburon, located in Tiburon, California. Prior to this role, he held numerous leadership positions for hotels located in Boston, Munich, Chicago and San Francisco. Mr. Nabben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool Heerlen in The Netherlands. He resides with his wife in Sausalito.

Frank Manchen has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hot

Most recently, Manchen served as director of sales and marketing at San Francisco Marriott Marquis. Prior sales and marketing experience with a diverse portfolio of Hilton Worldwide properties includes Hilton Waikoloa Village, La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort and PGA West, Conrad Chicago, the DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose, DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport and Pointe Hilton Resorts. He has held positions at five California-based properties and began his career in hospitality as a management trainee at The Beverly Hilton.

Chad Schyvincht has been appointed as Global Sales Director of Sports & Entertainment at Benchmark Hospitality International
