Christophe Laplaza began his career with Four Seasons in 2018 as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and quickly advanced to Executive Chef by 2019, managing the Hotel's entire food-and-beverage operation by 2020. He further refined his skills at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano before moving to Sharm El Sheikh. Now, he oversees one of the largest food and beverage operations in the company's portfolio, with twelve dining venues along the Red Sea.

Waleed Sobhy has been appointed as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh

Sobhy’s hospitality career started 26 years ago, forging a path across various hotel companies, including Oberoi, Starwood and Conrad. His Four Seasons tenure began at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, where he worked his way up the ladder through a variety of management positions in the food and beverage division, reaching director of banquet, and finally, assistant director of food and beverage.

The Steigenberger Alcazar-Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, a new built five-star resort located in the Nabq Bay directly on the Red Sea coast, opened for business yesterday. After graduating from university in hotel management, Madani decided to pursue his career in the food and beverage field. He began his path as a server in 1995, and then worked in number of prestigious hotels. He joined Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence in the capacity of Assistant Restaurant Manager, and then transferred to Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza as Restaurant Manager. In 2009, Madani moved to Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano as Restaurants Director in charge of nine restaurants and bars, and then was promoted to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2010. Madani's commitment and dedication played a big role in shaping the Hotel's food and beverage division and created a solid reputation in the city.

Amr Abdel Samie has been appointed as General Manager at Radisson Blu Resort and Park Inn by Radisson Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Amr joins the group from Princess Hotels in Hurghada where he was responsible for three hotels as the area general manager. Prior to that, he was the general manager at the Royal Grand Sharm in Sharm El Sheikh . Amr's considerable experience in Egypt has seen him occupy roles in Accor Hotels, Egypt, Pullman International Hotels and Continental Hotels.
