Kempinski Hotels plans to take over the Royal Spa Kitzbühel in Jochberg at the beginning of the winter season, making it the group's second hotel in Austria. An appropriate letter of intent has been signed between Kempinski Hotels and PORR Solutions Immobilien- und Infrastrukturprojekte GmbH and Ambo GmbH, the owners of the luxury property in Jochberg in the Kitzbühel Alps. It is planned to finalize the management agreement before the end of June.
