Seif El Din has been appointed as Director of Catering at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano

Seif started with the Food and Beverage pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm el Sheikh. In Sharm, Seif could not resist the magical desert and red sea, where he stayed for five years moving around the different resort restaurants to gain his experience in depth. In 2005, he was promoted to Room Service Manager. In 2007, Seif decided to seek a new career opportunity back home in Alexandria. He then dipped his toe in the catering pool in the capacity of Catering Sales Manager with another pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria, and was later promoted to Assistant Director of Catering. During those years Seif had played a major role in leading the catering team and managing successfully the famous Alexandria Wedding Fair for three years on the row. He was also responsible for driving departmental sales goals.

Mahmoud El Keiy has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano

El Keiy is a hotel veteran who has spent more than 10 years as part of Four Seasons family, first with the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as Sales Manager, followed by seven years at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza as Director of Sales, where he developed extensive leadership skills and managerial insight that made him perfect to take on the responsibilities of Director of Sales and Marketing.

Jean-Francois Gouvrit has been appointed as General Manager at Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh

Veteran hotelier Jean-Francois Gouvrit is the new general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh, announced Pascal Duchauffour, area vice-president, Europe and Middle East of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. Mr. Gouvrit brings a wealth of expertise cultivated over more than 15 years in hotel management within Asia and Europe. Before joining The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh, Mr. Gouvrit was the general manager for the 244-room Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul which was voted in 2009 as the "Best Overseas Business Hotel" by the readers of Condé Nast Traveller.

Simon W. Stamper has been appointed as Area General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group Citystars

Roy Buitenkemp has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

Buitenkemp is an equal asset to Four Seasons. He has more than 11 years experience in the hospitality field and has worked in a number of prestigious hotels and restaurants throughout the world, including Adour Alain Ducasse restaurant at the St Regis Hotel New York, the Waldorf Astoria New York, and InterContinental Nanjing China.

Tarek Nour has been appointed as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

Nour is no stranger to Four Seasons − his career within the hospitality group began in 2002, when he was appointed as a reception agent to open the first Four Seasons resort in the Middle East, Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. In 2005, Nour was appointed to Reservations Manager, before moving to the Hotel’s housekeeping department, and has since contributed to the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano in 2007, and most recently, the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Beirut in 2009.
