Balearic boutique hotel group OD Hotels has finalized the purchase of the Cavalière Sur Plage Hotel on the French Riviera with plans to renovate and open OD Côte d"Azur in 2019. Just under 20 miles from Saint-Tropez, the property will be the group's sixth hotel and the first one to be located outside of Spain. Led by Marc Rahola, OD Hotels made the purchase for 11 Million Euros (approximately $36 Million USD).

Located amid 10 acres of parkland on the shores of Lake Geneva, La Réserve Geneva is the brand’s flagship property and home to the largest spa in the city and the first NESCENS destination spa in the world. Just 15 minutes from St. Tropez, La Réserve Ramatuelle is designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and tucked within a Mediterranean Garden overlooking the Côte d’Azur. La Réserve Paris Hotel and Spa opened in a Haussmann-style mansion in 2015 and is designed by Jacques Garcia, who lent his signature touch to the décor, with silk damask walls, velvet drapery, and herringbone parquet floors.
