Located in the heart of Muscat's new business hub, within the Sultanate's largest urban development project Madinat Al-Irfan, the hotel is an integral part of the prestigious Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) precinct. Michele Mingozzi has been appointed as Executive Chef at Six Senses Zighy Bay

In his role, Mingozzi will uphold the hotel's F&B brand image of sustainability, also utilising the resort's farm to produce seasonal menus for guests.He will oversee the 82-villa resort's four F&B venues, along with in-room dining, events and other food-based experiences ran throughout the year.Holding more than 25 years' experience in the industry, Mingozzi has worked in the Maldives, Fiji and the Philippines. The chef has also worked across Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, London and Dubai.

Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Alfardan Group to introduce the iconic St. Regis brand to Oman. Before moving to Oman to work at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat as General Manager, Petr was the General Manager of Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam for a year and half.
