JLL will further expand its role as market leading hotel advisor in Thailand, with a team of 12 hotel sector experts covering every key market in Thailand.

Jasjit Assi has been appointed as General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

Jasjit Assi's career of nearly two decades, including more than 15 years at Four Seasons, takes a fresh new turn as he brings a wealth of international experience as the General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. Well known for his compelling personality and particular work ethic, Jasjit has long been regarded as a leader within Four Seasons. JJ - as he is fondly known - grew up through a life of discipline and regimen, having been raised in an armed forces background.

On 26 November, Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort completed its opening by unveiling its final complement of 102 rooms. The finishing phase comprised elegant colonial-style rooms with balconies, including 32 inter-connecting pairs of rooms designed for families and small groups of friends. With the full opening of the resort in Koh Samui, Outrigger Thailand now has a total of three resorts operational in the region: at Koh Samui, Khao Lak and Phuket.

Radisson gathers pace with new signing in Hua Hin

Radisson Hotel Group is accelerating the expansion of its portfolio in Thailand with the signing of Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin, an upscale beachfront resort with Destination Group, which is anticipated to open in February 2023. This marks the expansion of RHG's partnership with the Bangkok-based private equity real estate investment company, following the recent signing and opening of the Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket in September 2022.
