Imran Changezi has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Imran Changezi, a Pakistani national, brings over 22 years of commercial and operational experience in the hospitality industry, including nearly 15 years in high-end luxury hotels and resorts across various properties in Jumeirah Group. Imran joined Jumeirah Group in 2000, gaining experience and moving up the career ranks within the Sales, Marketing, Rooms Division and Front Office departments. His recent appointments include the role of Hotel Manager in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he managed the pre-opening of the Jumeirah Group property and Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. His successful professional career is complemented by his academic education. Imran was schooled in Saudi Arabia and holds an MBA degree from London Business School and Cornell University.

Niamh Keohan has been appointed as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Niamh Keohan, from Ireland, joins Burj Al Arab Jumeirah’s marketing and PR team following directorial appointments at luxury hospitality brands including Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa and InterContinental Hotel Group in Abu Dhabi. She has 12 years of marketing and communications experience from working in hotel, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. Niamh also has a strong record in both managing marketing and PR teams and achieving great results after the successful opening of the Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa property two years ago. In her new role, Niamh will be responsible for managing all marketing and communications initiatives for Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and driving the property’s global presence as the world’s most luxurious hotel.

Ghassan Farhat has been appointed as Hotel Manager at TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments Sharjah

Farhat, a 23-year Dubai hospitality veteran, began his career in the UAE in 1992 as the front office manager of Al Khaleej Palace Hotel. He climbed the career ladder moving into sales with key positions at a number of Dubai properties, before transitioning into executive assistant manager level roles. In his new position as hotel manager for TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments Sharjah, he is responsible for developing TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments’ position as a leading midscale destination in the emirate. A Lebanese national, Farhat is a US-certified hotel and restaurant diploma holder.

Firas Aboughalioun has been appointed as Director of Revenue at Kempinski Hotel Ajman

Having previously worked in various positions in different upscale hotels around the Middle East and Africa, Firas joins the Kempinski Hotel Ajman team with a strong hospitality background, bringing 20 years of experience with him. The Jordanian national has been loyal within the past eight years to different Starwood hotels, and prior to his appointment at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, he worked as director of revenue management in The St Regis Mauritius Resort. Firas began his career in the industry at the young age of 16. He has worked in leading five-star h otels around the Middle East for the past 20 years, starting in the Food & Beverage department in Jordan. He was also on the opening team of Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in 2005 before working for three years in Gambia, Egypt and Mauritius. In his new role, Firas will maximise the overall room revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies, which are based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data. He will oversee the market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and management, whilst developing an overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.

Nadia Beaulieu has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Born in Scotland and part Egyptian, Nadia Beaulieu joins Jumeirah from Marriott International, where she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at a number of properties including the London Park Lane Marriott. In 2007, she led the sales and marketing team at the Fairmont Towers and Heliopolis hotel in Egypt. Other roles included the Cairo Marriott and Omar Khayyam on the river Nile and the JW Marriott Cairo and Renaissance Cairo Mirage City. Nadia’s most recent role was the launch of Marriott’s first Autograph Collection brand in the Middle East and Africa, the Habtoor Grand in Dubai. In her new role, Nadia will oversee all sales and marketing activities for Jumeirah Emirates Tower.
