Executive Chef Lucas Sautter comes to Kauai Beach Resort & Spa from Sheraton Coconut Beach, with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. In his new role, Chef Sautter will helm the resort's culinary program, ensuring that Naupaka Terrace Restaurant, Driftwood Bar, and Shutters Lounge produce high-quality cuisine focused on local ingredients, complemented by gracious and attentive service. Prior to his time in Kauai, Chef Sautter ran kitchens at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort and Alderbrook Resort and Spa in Washington, as well as at independent restaurants across the western U.S.

Most recently, Mizrahi served as Director of Food & Beverage for the Four Seasons Resort Lana'i, leading a team of managers and employees as they navigated the past two years. He previously held managerial roles with Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, as well as with a collection of independent restaurants and bars. At Kauai Beach Resort & Spa, Mizrahi is responsible for guiding all food and beverage planning and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
