Dan Peek has been appointed as President, Americas at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group

JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today that Daniel C. Peek has joined the firm as President of JLL Americas region. Over the course of his career, he has completed nearly $60 billion in investment sales, debt and structured finance transactions. Based out of JLL's Tampa office, Peek will report to Americas Capital Markets CEO, Mark Gibson, partnering with Kevin Davis, Americas CEO for JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group. Together, Davis and Peek will focus on driving client relationship management, investment sales, financing, tax and asset management strategies.

Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown Burbank Completes Renovation

Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Burbank/Downtown, located at 321 Ikea Way in downtown Burbank, has announced the completion of its renovation. The 166-room all-suite property is owned by Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. and managed by Marriott International, Inc. Interior Image Group (IIG) was responsible for the new design and context of the makeover and Salisbury Moore handled construction for the project. The renovation includes new carpeting, wall vinyl, paint, custom artwork, backlit bathroom mirrors and furniture in the guest rooms, as well as a newly redesigned lobby with stylish furniture and new flooring.
