John Santaniello has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Santaniello joined the resort and Omni family from Colorado, where he most recently served as general manager of Ritz-Carlton properties in Vail and Bachelor Gulch. Prior to that, he served as vice president of hospitality supporting all mountain food & beverage operations and as general manager for Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Steamboat Springs, Colo. He also did a turn as general manager of lodging operations for Keystone Resort.

Sharon Nista has been appointed as Director of Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Manchester

Sharon Nista has been named the new Director of Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Manchester. In this role, Nista will lead room and catering sales efforts and manage the long term revenue success of the Hotel. Nista previously held the position of Hotel Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Merrimack that is also owned by Roedel Companies. During her tenure, she was responsible for revenue production and strategic planning. Nista also controlled sales, marketed guest services and employee development.

Cedric Pas has been named Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Pas joined the Omni family from Hyatt Hotels where he worked for more than 12 years holding positions including corporate profit improvement manager, assistant food and beverage director, executive assistant manager, director of rooms, executive assistant manager and director of food and beverage. Additionally, he served as plantation club manager at The Landings Club in Savannah, Ga., General Manager at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, DCE, and, most recently, executive director of food and beverage at Keystone Hospitality in Keystone, Colo.

Kathleen DeVitto has been appointed as Director of Sales at Eagle Mountain House

Prior to joining Eagle Mountain House, Kathleen was the Sales Manager for the well-known and respected Wentworth Inn in Jackson Village. Working in a highly competitive market place, especially against neighboring town and tourism magnet North Conway, Kathleen flourished and performed with distinction not only by exceeding her booking goals but also by improving guest satisfaction targets.

John Rogers has been appointed as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Merrimack

Rogers brings extensive knowledge in general management to his role at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. He most recently held the position of General Manager at Colwen Hotels, a management company that oversees administrative positions for Marriott and Hilton hotel properties. During his tenure, Rogers supervised the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Milford, MA and was responsible for day to day operations, sales, employee development and quality assurance.Rogers also served as General Manager for Jiten Hotel Management Inc., Extended Stay Hotels, Essex Partners Inc. and Regency Hotel Limited Inn III Inc.

Sharon Nista has been appointed as Hotel Director of Sales at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Merrimack

Nista has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She most recently held the position of General Manager at the Extended Stay Hotel in Nashua, NH. Nista oversaw all aspects of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance Departments. She was also responsible for cash deposits, sales reports, and scheduling.

Fran Taloricco has been appointed as Business Development Director at Roedel Companies

New Hampshire based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies has named Fran Taloricco as Business Development Director. In his new role, Taloricco oversees Roedel Companies’ business development initiatives in the areas of new construction, comprehensive renovations and real estate acquisition opportunities. In addition, Taloricco manages client engagement and the estimating process for all construction bidding and proposals. Taloricco brings over twenty years of experience in hotel real estate, branding, construction and renovation to Roedel Companies. His extensive knowledge also includes hotel finance, valuation, staff recruitment, franchising and sales management. Most recently, Taloricco served as Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development for Choice Hotels International, Inc. During a 15-year period, he was instrumental in Choice Hotels' Northeast and Mid-Atlantic expansion as they went from 3,000 to 6,000 locations. Taloricco was responsible for managing 25% of the Company’s United States sales force and consistently exceeded all assigned sales quotas. Prior to joining Choice Hotels International, Taloricco was Director of Franchise Development for Wyndham Hotels Worldwide and Director of Sales for Coakley and Williams, Inc.

Steven Morabito has been appointed as Hotel Director of Sales at La Quinta Inn & Suites

With over 15 years experience in directing hotel sales and marketing, Morabito possesses great expertise in the hospitality industry. As Corporate Sales Manager at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel, he supervised corporate group marketing through hone and business development.

Linda Grugnale has been appointed as General Manager at La Quinta Inn & Suites

RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, recently named Linda Grugnale as General Manager and Steven Morabito as Hotel Director of Sales at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Manchester. Grugnale is responsible for providing leadership and direction to develop hotel plans and processes while also implementing and maintaining hotel brand requirements. Grugnale brings extensive experience from Marriott International and Starwood Sheraton Brand Hotels to her role at La Quinta Inn & Suites. In her most recent position as Area Account Executive for Marriott International Sales Force One New England North, she oversaw 14 Marriott properties managing group sales, extended stay and worldwide placement for assigned accounts.

Stephen Hilliard has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Raised in Lancaster, New Hampshire, and educated at local schools, Hilliard's roots run deep at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. His parents celebrated their 50th anniversary at the hotel; his father's factory crafted butcher block furniture for Bretton Woods Ski Area Base Lodge; and he worked at the resort during summers while pursuing a BS degree in Hotel Administration from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Hilliard has over 30 years of experience encompassing multiple disciplines including: full service hotels and luxury resorts, vacation rental and the various forms of shared ownership, private and public golf and beach club operations, marinas and retail shops. He was most recently with The St. Joe Company, a publicly owned developer of resort lifestyle and residential communities and one of the largest private landowners in Florida. Recruited as Managing Director Resort & Clubs, he was promoted to Vice President Resort & Club Operations in 2007 and in 2011 became Senior Vice President, Operations with responsibility for more than $250 million in assets including the highly rated WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Joseph A. Mellia has been appointed as General Manager at The Hanover Inn at Dartmouth College

Most recently Joe served as Hotel Manager at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Boston’s only five star waterfront hotel. During his nine years at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Joe also held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. His career began with Stouffer / Renaissance Hotels & Resorts where he spent an impressive sixteen years at a variety of luxury properties throughout the country, including Chicago, Baltimore, Orlando and San Francisco. Joe has a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associates in Applied Science – Hotel and Restaurant Management from the State University of New York (SUNY) Delhi. Additionally, Joe has been a nominee for the “Manager of the Year” award by the Massachusetts Lodging Association. He is active in several charities and organizations, including one which is very dear to him; The Seat Swap, “Providing the Gift of the Game” to under privileged and children of need in Massachusetts’s South Shore community.

Robert Clarke has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Clarke joins the Omni Mount Washington Resort from Belterra Casino, Resort & Spa in Florence, IN, where as Director of Food & Beverage, he oversaw more than 320 employees and the operation of everything from the Casino Deli to a VIP Lounge. Clarke also spent several years in Florida, where he directed a series of high-volume hotel and resort food and beverage operations, including Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista (1997-2009), which achieved AAA Four Diamond status for the first time in 37 years during his time there; Disney's Boardwalk Resort, also in Buena Vista (2000-2005); and Disney's Vero Beach Resort (1997-2000). Clarke began his career as Director of Food & Beverage at Marriott Corporation properties in Tampa and Marco Island, Florida, in 1989.

Michael Gelinas has been named Chief Financial Officer at Roedel Companies

Gelinas has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations and general management. Most recently, Gelinas was employed at Blue Seal Feeds in Londonderry, NH as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Gelinas spent several years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Homans Associates in Wilmington, MA and was Vice President of Operations for GV Moore Lumber in Ayer, MA. Gelinas is also active in the local community. He has served on the Bedford Little League Board of Directors for four years and is currently President. Gelinas is a past member of Rotary International.

Michael Aldrich has been appointed as Director of Sales at The Omni Mount Washington Resort

Aldrich joins the Omni Mount Washington Resort from The Langham, Boston, where he spent the past four years as Director of Group Sales. Previously, he held management positions in sales and marketing at prominent properties in and around Boston, including Director of Sales at Summerfield Suites Waltham; Group Sales Manager at the Swissotel in Boston; and Director of Sales Marketing at DoubleTree Guest Suites in Waltham. Aldrich also enjoyed eight years in sales management at various addresses under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts umbrella. He got his start in hospitality as a Restaurant Supervisor at Marriott Long Wharf in Boston in 1991. A native of North Haverhill, NH, Aldrich studied Business Administration Management at Plymouth State College in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

Mary Dinan has been appointed as Sales Manager at Hampton Inn and Suites

Ms. Dinan joins the Hampton Inn and Suites in Tilton, NH from the Courtyard by Marriott Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH where she was the Assistant Sales Manager. “Mary brings with her knowledge of the New Hampshire market as well as an understanding of the needs of business travelers and the leisure market,” says Glenn Hardman, President of RGH Hospitality. “The Hampton Inn and Suites Tilton will benefit from her experience and enthusiasm.” Ms. Dinan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and resides in Manchester, NH.

Brenda Edwards has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Manchester

Edwards brings over a decade of experience in the hotel industry to her position as General Manager. Most recently, she held the Assistant General Manager position at the 125 room Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Manchester.
