Lukus Grace has been appointed as Managing Director at The Cooper

The Cooper, one of the newest additions to BHC's portfolio, will open in 2025 as downtown Charleston's only luxury waterfront hotel. Overseeing the property in the role of Managing Director is Lukus Grace, who joins the BHC team from his most recent role as the General Manager of Atlanta's Thompson Buckhead. Grace brings with him a vast range of experience from the most luxurious global hospitality brands, including Capella, St. Regis and Hotel Bel-Air, part of the prestigious the Dorchester Collection. Grace is well-equipped to undertake this significant opening for downtown Charleston, having overseen all opening operations for Thompson Buckhead in 2021.

Rebecca Hubbard has been appointed as Managing Director at The Charleston Place
