Hailing from neighboring island Lana'i, Rainell brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and business event management to Turtle Bay Resort with a proven track record of curating unforgettable experiences rooted in the essence of the āina. Her career began in 1999 at the prestigious Starwood Luxury collection of Manele Bay Hotel and the Lodge at Koele before joining the Four Seasons Rebranding Team on Lana'i from 2003-2006. Subsequently, Rainell held management and leadership positions at Sheraton Maui, Fairmont Kea, Four Seasons Wailea, Wailea Beach Resort, Island Knot Weddings, Studio V Events, and most recently, as the General Manager and Managing Director of PRA Business Events, Hawaiʻi's West Region. In 2019, Rainell was the Vice President of membership for Meeting Planner International's Aloha Chapter. Throughout her career, Rainell Mano has immersed herself in diverse branding cultures, destination management companies (DMC), and non-traditional marketing opportunities. As Rainell assumes the role of Director of Sales and Events at Turtle Bay Resort, she brings with her a wealth of hospitality experience, a deep appreciation for Hawaiʻi's rich cultural heritage, and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.

Prior to his new role, he was Housekeeping Operations Manager at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. He also held positions including, Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, and Front Desk Supervisor at Caesars Entertainment.
