Jackie Collens has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The St. Regis Chicago

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Collens is responsible for exceeding guestroom and catering sales, revenue, and marketing goals. Collens brings two decades of experience from flagship, luxury hotels throughout New York City. Collens held leadership positions at the famed Waldorf Astoria and Towers as well as The St. Regis New York. Previously, she was the Asset Manager for Ty Warner, owner of Four Seasons Hotel New York. These iconic hotels further validate her invaluable industry experience and deep insight into the luxury marketplace.

Frederick J. Pérez has been appointed as General Manager at The Residences at the St. Regis Chicago

As the General Manager of The Residences at the St. Regis Chicago, Pérez will oversee day-to-day operations of The Residences and ensure resident satisfaction at the 393-unit ultra-luxury property. Beginning his career with Marriott in 2000, Pérez has worked in a variety of hotel roles over the last two decades, most recently as Director of Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences, Vail, and as Director of Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Mexico City.

Oliver Gibbons has been appointed as General Manager at The St. Regis Chicago Hotel and Residences

Gibbons will lead The St. Regis Chicago team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, which includes a 192 room hotel, 393 ultra luxury residences; two restaurants in partnership with Chef's Evan Funke and Hisanobu Osaka; a holistic wellness, spa and fitness center; and more than 10,000 square feet of dynamic meeting and event space. Gibbons has played a vital role in leading the team through the completion of the hotel's development over the last two years.

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel welcomes Kelly Steward as the new General Manager of the 18-acre oceanfront resort. Steward spent two out of her three decades of hotel experience with The Ritz-Carlton, where she managed revenue management, strategic sales, and operations for several resort and city properties across the nation. In her new role, Steward will lead the brand growth strategy and oversee operations across the Southern Californian resort, celebrated for its 396 modern coastal-inspired guest rooms and suites, diverse culinary program, and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean across guestrooms, dining outlets, and meetings and event spaces.

Morty Valldejuli has been appointed as Area Managing Director at The Lytle Park Hotel

Valldejuli brings over 25 years of hospitality industry and hotel leadership experience to his new role as Area Managing Director. In his previous position, he was the Vice President/Managing Director of the Sheraton and Le Meridien Complex in Charlotte, North Carolina. His 15-year tenure with Pyramid Global Hospitality began as Area Managing Director for two New Orleans properties, followed by six years working in Pyramid's Luxury Resort Division as Vice President/Managing Director for The Westin Grand Cayman and Sunshine Suites, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman Islands. Valldejuli obtained his undergraduate degree in San Juan, Puerto Rico, majoring in marketing and economics at the University of the Sacred Heart. As the Area Managing Director, Valldejuli will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, The Phelps Cincinnati and the AC Hotel at the Banks, Cincinnati.

Matt Bergeron has been appointed as Hotel Manager at The Lytle Park Hotel

Bergeron joins The Lytle Park Hotel as Hotel Manager after spending three years in Austin, Texas, serving as the Assistant Manager of a 300-room full service Marriott hotel. During his time there, he was recognized as a member of the Pyramid Global APEX program, which awards up-and-coming future General Managers in the company. Prior to his time at Marriott, Bergeron has held management positions with other leading hotel chains such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Hard Rock International. Bergeron holds a bachelor's degree in both communications and business from Texas State University. As Hotel Manager, Bergeron will oversee all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring that the hotel continues to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences.
