Ed Gannon has been appointed as General Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole announces the appointment of its new General Manager Ed Gannon, who joins the property from Nevis. Originally form the east coast, he is excited to experience the vast expanse of the Rockies. Prior to joining Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, Gannon most recently served as General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Nevis and Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Prior to that, he spent eight years working in exotic settings ranging from Rosewood Hotels and Resorts’ Jumby Bay in Antigua to Caneel Bay in St. John in US Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.

Matt White has been appointed as Director of Sales at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa

eton Mountain Lodge & Spa and Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts in the heart of Jackson Hole’s Teton Village, had announced the appointment of Matt White as director of sales. In this role, White will oversee all sales strategies including developing the annual sales budget, showcasing meetings in the mountains to corporate meeting planners as well as continuing to grow Spur Catering and developing value-season programs for groups.

Anthony Beckerley has been named Director of Food & Beverage at Snow King Resort

BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has appointed Anthony Beckerley director of food & beverage for Snow King Resort, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located in Jackson, Wyoming. Geoff Young, general manager, made the announcement. Anthony Beckerley previously held the position of general manager for Yosemite Valley Lodge in Yosemite National Park, California, a property at which he oversaw multiple food & beverage and event outlets. Mr. Beckerley has also served as general manager for the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel of Bar Harbor, Maine. He was previously director of operations for Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center of Columbus, Ohio.

Sally Brin has been promoted to Area Hotel Manager at Noble House Hotels & Resorts

Tyler Barker, general manager of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ properties Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa and neighboring Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, today announced the promotion of Sally Brin, formerly hotel manager of Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, to the position of area hotel manager for both hotels. Brin will continue to oversee the concierge, sales, front office, and guest relations teams for Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa and will now also manage Hotel Terra Jackson Hole’s rooms division, the reservations team, and the eco-property’s Chill Spa. She will also work directly with Noble House’s Director of Rooms Jason Moll to incorporate corporate directives at each property. Brin brings more than 10 years of hospitality and tourism experience to her new role. She spent a year as the hotel manager of Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa after being promoted to the role in 2015 from her three-year position as rooms manager. Brin began her hospitality career in Jackson Hole at Spring Creek Ranch and gained additional experience as the conference services manager at Snake River Lodge & Spa and as the front office manager at The Inn at Jackson Hole. Brin holds a degree in restaurant and tourism management from the University of Denver.

Will Farrow has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Hotel Terra Jackson Hole

With its recent expansion and acquisition of two luxury resorts in Teton Village, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – has promoted Tyler Barker to area general manager of both LEED-Silver Certified Hotel Terra Jackson Hole and the AAA Four Diamond Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa. With Barker's promotion, former Rooms Manager Sally Brin has also been promoted to Hotel Manager of Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa and seasoned hospitality veteran, William Farrow, has been hired as the Hotel Manager of Hotel Terra.

Michael Mestraud has been appointed as General Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

Mestraud arrived in Jackson Hole after 15 years with Four Seasons. He started in late 1999 in the front office of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and moved into food and beverage before relocating to become Room Service Manager of Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. A little over a year later, he left the company briefly but returned in 2003 to manage room service at the former Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche.

Alex Klein has been appointed as VP & General Manager at Grand Teton Lodge Company

Alex Klein is now leading GTLC as VP & General Manager, but he's not new to the Company. Klein began working at GTLC more than 20 years ago and worked for three seasons while attending Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He returned to GTLC as the Director of Hotel Operations from 2004-2009 and then served at Vail's Corporate headquarters' as the Director of Operation's and later Vice President of Operations from 2010-2013. Klein took over as VP & GM after long-time leader and community fixture John Rutter announced his retirement last summer. Klein's strong experience working inside Grand Teton National Park will be instrumental in delivering the ultimate guest experience for Park visitors.

Beth Muehlethaler has joined The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch as Sales Manager

Muehlethaler joins Brush Creek Ranch from Sage Hospitality where she spent a decade in various Leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Business Development for the Denver market and prior to that Divisional Director of Sales for the Extended Stay Division. Earlier in her career with Sage, she served as Director of Regional Sales for Towneplace Suites by Marriott Portfolio and General Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Prior to joining Sage Hospitality, Muehlethaler served in several roles with Candlewood Hotel Company including Director of Sales for the first Candlewood Suites in Colorado, Regional Pre-Opening Sales Director for the Texas region and General Manager of the Plano property. She began her hospitality career at Keystone Resort where she started out as a Promotions/Special Events Manager and then served as Senior National Sales Manager. Muehlethaler and has received numerous professional awards including being selected by the Downtown Denver Partnership to the Emerging Leader Program, Sales Team of the Year for Sage Hospitality and Sage Corporate Citizenship Award. Muehlethaler is passionate about giving back to the community and is currently on the Executive Leadership Committee for the LLS “Light The Night Walk” event in Denver.

Timothy L. Metarko has been appointed as Controller at Snow King Resort

Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Timothy L. Metarko controller for Snow King Resort, located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Craig Waterman, Benchmark’s general manager at the resort, made the announcement.Timothy Metarko was most recently director of finance for Vail Resorts, which manages the Grand Teton Lodge Company, the Flagg Ranch Company and Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis. He previously served in the same position for Vail Resorts at the Snake River Lodge & Spa in Teton Village, Wyoming.

Craig Waterman has been appointed as General Manager at Snow King Resort

Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Craig Waterman general manager for Snow King Resort, located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Greg Champion, Benchmark’s chief operating officer, made the announcement.g Waterman was previously general manager for Sé San Diego, the luxury hotel and condominium development in the city’s downtown financial district. He has also served as general manager for the Water Color Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, which was named to Travel+Leisure’s “World’s Best Hotels” list under his leadership.

David Bernand has been appointed as General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole

Bernand joins Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole following a two-year appointment at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, where he was the resort manager. Prior to Scottsdale, Bernand was hotel manager at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C., with previous positions as director of food & beverage and assistant director of food & beverage. His experience within the Four Seasons brand also includes Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, where he was restaurant manager, and Four Seasons Hotel Dallas at La Colinas, where he was assistant restaurant manager. Bernand is also a certified sommelier and worked as a chef for five years throughout England and France.
