Accor today announced that the Berkeley Park Hotel in Miami will open on April 1, 2021, as the newest member of the MGallery Hotel Collection, and the first MGallery property in Florida. A highly anticipated 4-star boutique hotel, the 80-room property sits along one of Miami Beach's most coveted sectors known by locals as the Collins Park "Arts Corridor" for its direct access to world-renowned art institutions, and just steps from white sand beaches. With a timeless Mediterranean façade from 1936, the hotel pays homage to the city's architectural roots with all the modern amenities that discerning travelers expect.

KAYAK To Open First Hotel In Miami Beach

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Announces The Kimpton Goodland Hotel – Fort Lauderdale Beach

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants announced today it will open the newest and hottest boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale, marking the brand's entrance in the market and seventh overall in the Sunshine State. Set to open next month, The Kimpton Goodland Hotel - Fort Lauderdale Beach, will place emphasis on discovery of experience and want-for-nothing amenities. Blending in with the mid-century, nostalgic look and feel of its North Beach Village neighborhood, The Kimpton Goodland will span three two-story buildings, inclusive of an eclectic American restaurant and a 500-square-foot private dining room, state-of-the-art fitness center and two private pools, each complete with activated pool bar and cabanas. The hotel is owned by Banyan Investment Group and operated by Hotel Equities. The Goodland is Hotel Equities' first Kimpton-branded property to join its portfolio following Kimpton's recent nod to add the company to its shortlist of approved managers to operate the brand's luxury hotels.

Innovation Hotel has named Victoria Walther Group Sales Manager of the 169-room, state-of-the-art hotel catering to the exacting needs and high expectations of executive level medical and corporate meetings. Walther will oversee all sales efforts for the hotel, working to generate new business and increase revenue in the medical meetings market and the local and regional corporate meetings market. Opened in early 2020, Innovation Hotel is located adjacent to the corporate headquarters of Arthrex, a global medical device company, which utilizes the hotel to accommodate surgeons and other leading medical professionals from around the world.

Adam Hyatt has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Epicurean Hotel

As executive chef at the Epicurean, Adam Hyatt will direct daily culinary operations at the hotel's signature Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar, and EDGE Rooftop Cocktail Lounge, while also overseeing food and beverage offerings for the Epicurean's 5,200 square feet of function space for meetings, corporate parties, local catering events and special occasions. With more than 18 years of culinary experience, Hyatt was most recently executive chef at Steelbach, located in Tampa's popular Armature Works. Prior to that, he was executive chef of HEW Parlor & Chophouse, Fenway Hotel's signature restaurant. He was also chef partner at Platt Street Borough, where he was an inductee in the 2013 Best Chefs America. Hyatt has also held positions at Ciccio Restaurant Group, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion, and Mystic Fish in Palm Harbor.
