The Rio Las Vegas Will Be Repositioned To Multiple Hyatt Full-service Offerings, Starting With A Hyatt Regency Hotel

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into franchise agreements with an affiliate of Dreamscape Companies LLC, which will lead the renovation of the Rio Las Vegas. The multi-phase project is expected to bring multiple Hyatt full-service offerings to Las Vegas, one of the most visited leisure, group, and convention markets in the world, in the renovated Rio hotel.

Scott Watts has been named Senior Vice President, Americas at INTEREL

INTEREL, the global leader in providing award-winning hospitality guest-room automation solutions, is pleased to announce that Scott Watts has joined the company as the Senior Vice President, Americas. In this role, Watts will provide the company's overall direction for INTEREL's continued growth and expansion in the Americas market with a focus on increasing market share in multiple vertical markets including hospitality, senior living, and MDUs. Watts joins INTEREL after serving as President of the Americas for GuestTek Interactive Entertainment, and previously served in other leadership positions for GuestTek around the globe. He previously held executive level technology positions for Spectrum Resorts and for PCH Hotels and Resorts. He brings 28 years of technology and finance experience, with 19 years of those years delivering superior guest experiences for hotels around the globe. Watts served in the United States Army as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Methodist University and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

THE ROW Reno's luxury Caesars Entertainment property, Silver Legacy Resort Casino, is in the process of undergoing a more than $47 million renovation to its resort rooms and suites, projected to be completed by summer 2021. This comes after an investment of over $100 million for a master renovation project at THE ROW, which was completed in mid-2019.

The Cromwell to Reopen Oct. 29 as the First Adults-Only Resort on the Las Vegas Strip

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) ("Caesars" or "the Company") today announced plans to resume operations at The Cromwell on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time as the first adults-only resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The boutique hotel and gaming floor will be open seven days a week for guests 21 and over. Guests of all ages will be welcome at GIADA, the award-winning restaurant of notable chef Giada De Laurentiis.

Donohoe Hospitality Services Opens New Dual Branded Hampton Inn & Suites/Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas, NV

Thomas Penny, III, President of Donohoe Hospitality Services, a division of Donohoe, today announced the recent opening of the newly built dual branded Hampton Inn & Suites/Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas. The hotels are adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center, which is undergoing a $1 billion expansion, one mile from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and have easy access via the monorail to the Strip. The Hampton Inn & Suites offers 150 guestrooms, while the Home2 Suites has 100 well-appointed guest suites. The hotels share common amenities including a lobby, dining facilities, a cocktail lounge, 1,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a pool, exercise rooms, a business center, and onsite parking.
