In addition to thoughtful updates, the hotel's culinary venues remain open and will soon receive new brand identities, including the former mainstay Italian restaurant, rooftop and pool bar, and music venue. Seaworthy restaurant remains under the same brand and culinary leadership.

Bertrand Daluzeau has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Arizona Biltmore welcomes Bertrand as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over 25 years of hospitality experience, 17 of which were dedicated to the luxury hotel industry, Bertrand brings extensive knowledge to this role. Originally from Paris, France, he has had the privilege of living and working in five different countries, allowing him to develop a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and traditions. Most recently, Bertrand served as Director of Food and Beverage across four hotels for the past nine years, including his leadership role at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, where he led a $100 million hotel renovation and introduced five new dining concepts. At Arizona Biltmore, Bertrand will oversee the resort's seven dining outlets and hopes to elevate banquet dining and drive environmentally friendly initiatives to reduce food waste.

Jessica Carlson has been appointed as Resort Manager at Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Jessica joins Arizona Biltmore as Resort Manager. She began her hospitality career with Caesars Entertainment in 2007, focused in Food and Beverage. After working 7 years with the gaming giant, she left her position of Director of Food and Beverage Operations. Having joined Pyramid Global Hospitality in 2013, she was able to gain experience in Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, The Phelps Hotel a Residence Inn by Marriott and finally, open up the AC Hotel Cincinnati at the Banks. Most recently she served as the Director of Retail Food Services at Miami University in Oxford Ohio. Now, Jessica is excited to return to PGH and take on the role of Resort Manager at the Arizona Biltmore. In this position, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience across all departments. In joining the team, she looks forward to gaining new skills and further developing her leadership abilities while making a positive impact on the guest experience.
