Cincinnati, Ohio will soon unveil its latest addition to the Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott collection with the opening of the much-anticipated Hotel Celare - a modern, sophisticated retreat located at 310 Straight Street - in The District at Clifton Heights. Nestled across from the University of Cincinnati and a short drive from downtown, the seven-story, 171-room property will offer an elevated culinary experience with an onsite restaurant and bar, bold design and modern amenities including a fitness center, locally curated market, and event spaces with outdoor terraces. A collaboration between long-time partners Crawford Hoying and Shaner Hotel Group, Hotel Celare will open this winter, intentionally curating curiosity among travelers by fostering exploration and wonder through its design and experiences. Crawford Hoying serves as the owner and developer in partnership with Shaner Hotel Group as the operator. This serves as the first Cincinnati development project owned and operated by both parties, respectively. This landmark project not only redefines urban luxury but also represents a significant milestone for both companies.

Lindsay Laubenstein has been appointed as Beverage Manager at The Lytle Park Hotel

Laubenstein is an accomplished and committed hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience spanning cocktail creation, bar and spirit menu development, corporate and private restaurant openings and bar systems operations, and is recognized as a Certified Specialist of Spirits and Certified Cicerone®. Prior to joining The Lytle Park Hotel, Laubenstein worked at The Phoenix in downtown Cincinnati as the beverage director and bartender where she managed the beverage team and took pride in personalizing drink and cocktail pairing menus for special events. A local Cincinnati expert, she also managed the bar program at Palm Court at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, and held a variety of beverage operations roles in her tenure from spirits marketing manager to whiskey guardian at Angel's Envy, and consulted for, built and managed several craft bar programs around the city.

Chris McCutcheon has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at The Lytle Park Hotel

McCutcheon brings over 11 years of hands-on leadership experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry to The Lytle Park Hotel. In his new role, McCutcheon will oversee all food and beverage operations for the hotel's restaurants including in-room dining and catering services. Most recently, McCutcheon served as director of restaurants at Reunion Resort in Orlando. During this time, he pursued his educational goals, earning an MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport while also completing his Level 1 introductory certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers. McCutcheon put his new skillset to use, creating a wine program at Reunion Resort which later earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
