Director of Food & Beverage Gordon Fischmann brings nearly two decades of global culinary experience to his executive position where he will oversee all aspects of the hotel's culinary program, including Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen, Hive & Honey Rooftop Bar, in-room dining, celebrations and special events, in addition to leading the curation of innovative new programs and produce-forward dishes. Prior to joining the Marriott Irvine Spectrum team, Fischmann held various positions overseas in Spain, Germany and Austria. Most recently, he led various food and beverage programs throughout multiple Southern California luxury properties, including Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, Balboa Bay Resort Newport Beach, Park Hyatt Aviara Resort and Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach. When not overseeing culinary operations, Gordon enjoys playing soccer with his son, photography and art.

He continued at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in the same role before moving to the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego as Director of Group Sales, his most recent position prior to Andaz West Hollywood.
Tucker is a 25-year Hyatt career veteran with extensive experience in the hospitality world. He started off his Hyatt career at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee in the security department and was promoted to Director of Security before becoming Executive Housekeeper. Tucker then took the role of Front Office Manager at the Hyatt Regency Chicago followed by serving in several department head roles at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in California. His next role was as the Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center before spending six years in the Caribbean as Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad and Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino. Prior to joining Andaz West Hollywood, he was the Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, FL. Tucker's community outreach affiliations include working with the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on a task force to bring more Black business opportunities to the area.

Following a move to Georgia, Buciuman received a number of awards and accolades at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead including The Ritz-Carlton Cobalt Award in 2014 for successful implementation of a Marriott and Ritz-Carlton Rewards memberships and revenues program. During her tenure at the resort, she was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager where, under her leadership, the Rooms division and Spa achieved their all-time highest profitability since the opening of the hotel in 1984. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, Buciuman served as Director of Operations at the St. Regis Atlanta where she spearheaded the successful completion of the hotel's $20-million renovation. Additionally, Buciuman lead her team to achieve the #1 ranking in customer engagement metrics within the St. Regis portfolio in North America for an impressive four years in a row from 2018-2021.
