Shawn Shortall has been appointed as Spa Director at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club

Shortall joins The Spa at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club with extensive management, operations and staff development experience. Prior to joining The Spa at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, Shortall served as Spa Director for the luxurious Bellezza Spa in Miami, Florida. Previous to that he served as Spa Director f or New York City's B3 Spa; Regional Director of Contour Spas in Florida; and Owner Operator of Bashé Salon and Spa in Miami, Florida. His experience also includes serving as a freelance hair and makeup artist with the Elite modeling agency, and as a resident hair and makeup artist with Sony Music. In the latter position he participated in the (American) Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy Awards, The Billboard Music Awards, and the Inaugural Ball of President Bill Clinton. His work was featured in such publications as VOGUE, Glamour, Mademoiselle, and Allure.

Thimas has dedicated experience in both the wellness and hospitality industries, making her a dynamic new addition to the Chatham Bars Inn executive team. Most recently, she was Spa Director at the Armand Salon Spa in Kingston, MA, where she successfully oversaw the spa, salon and its staff. Thimas arrived to Armand Salon Spa 11 years ago, where she quickly rose through the ranks due to her passion for wellbeing, combined with her savvy business and people skills. During this tenure, she was responsible for exceeding revenue expectations in service, retail, and food & beverage. Previously, Thimas attended nursing school, which provided a foundation in health and fitness.
