Sarah Crisafulli has been appointed as Executive Marketing Director at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club

Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Crisafulli as the resort's new Executive Director of Marketing, bringing more than 15 years of hospitality marketing experience spanning luxury resorts, lifestyle hotels, destinations, restaurants and hospitality organizations.

In her new role, Crisafulli will lead marketing strategy for Aurora Anguilla, overseeing brand positioning, integrated marketing, digital strategy and guest engagement initiatives designed to further strengthen the resort's presence within the luxury Caribbean travel market.

Set along the shores of Rendezvous Bay, Aurora Anguilla spans more than 380 acres and features 185 luxurious suites and private estates, offering guests an expansive Caribbean resort experience that brings together luxury accommodations, dining, wellness and recreation. The resort is home to seven restaurants and bars, Sorana Spa and Aurora International Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course envisioned by Greg Norman Golf Course Design.

Crisafulli joins Aurora Anguilla with extensive experience developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. Most recently, she served as Complex Director of Marketing for Davidson Hospitality Group's Islamorada Resort Collection, overseeing marketing for three oceanfront resorts and 12 culinary concepts, as well as the collection's marina and resort programming. During her tenure, she directed brand development, marketing strategy and launch initiatives surrounding a $60 million renovation, including the debut of Three Waters Resort & Marina, The Cove and eight new culinary concepts.

Prior to Davidson Hospitality Group, Crisafulli served as Vice President of Brand Strategy at GKA, a creative agency, where she led brand development and marketing strategy for more than 10 hospitality, real estate and lifestyle companies. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly five years with Two Roads Hospitality/Destination Hotels, now part of Hyatt, where she rose to Area Director of Marketing and led B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across a portfolio of lifestyle hotels and resorts.

Throughout her career, Crisafulli has been recognized for her work in hospitality marketing and brand development, including being named Marketer of the Year by Two Roads Hospitality and receiving an HSMAI Bronze Adrian Award for Best Relaunch of an Existing Product. Most recently, her team earned Marketing Team of the Year honors from Davidson Hospitality Group, as well as Global Property Marketing Team of the Year and U.S. & Canada Franchise Property Marketing Team of the Year honors from Marriott in 2026. She was also certified as a Hospitality Digital Marketer by HSMAI and selected to serve on Marriott International's Marketing Committee.
