Fouquet’s Hotel Planned for Miami Design District

Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, Fouquet's Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District is Pritzker Prize–winning architect David Chipperfield’s only development currently underway in Florida and the neighborhood’s first residential offering. Spanning nearly two acres and rising 25 stories, the architectural landmark will introduce 143 impeccably crafted condominium residences defined by bespoke ceramic exterior columns designed to capture and reflect Miami’s distinctive light. Residences feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows framed by custom pale-champagne mullions, bespoke cabinetry, and other thoughtfully curated details that embody the district’s forward-thinking, design-driven spirit. The project will also unveil a world-renowned international luxury hotel brand, introducing its first flagship Miami property as a separate 12-story structure that further enhances the district’s cultural cachet. The development is led by Fort Partners, Raycliff Capital, Miami Design District Associates (MDDA), and Constellation Hotels Holding Ltd, a visionary team whose collective work has redefined architecture-driven, hotel-branded residential living across South Florida.

German leading lifestyle brand The Cloud One planning for 2028 opening in Miami

Bringing a new level of elevated living to Miami’s vibrant Art District, The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is the leading German lifestyle hotel brand’s first ground-up development in the U.S. and the first project to introduce luxury condominium living with á-la-carte hotel services to Wynwood. Having recently launched sales, pricing starts in the high $500,000s. Designed in collaboration with acclaimed global design firm March and White Design, the eight-story building features 85 studio to three-bedroom residences, including a limited collection of 15 duplex penthouses with soaring ceiling heights up to 22 feet. All residences are filled with natural light through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, with select homes offering sweeping views of the Miami skyline. With architecture by ODP Architects and HWKN, large murals in the spirit of Wynwood’s street art tradition will mark the building’s exterior, curated by Goldman Global Arts, the creative collective behind the Wynwood Walls. Its lushly landscaped, crowning rooftop retreat will boast panoramic Miami skyline views, a swimming pool and deck with food and beverage service, an indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar, and a full fitness center with a dedicated outdoor yoga and stretching area, steam room, and sauna.
