Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) reported out on the construction progress for the REVERB by Hard Rock™ Downtown Atlanta hotel, signaling that construction is on schedule to open in February 2020. Local developer Bolton Atlanta, LP has partnered with Hotel Equities to open and operate the inaugural hotel for Hard Rock's newest generation of music-centric hotels. REVERB™ is the brand's entrance into the select-service category.

AC Hotel Atlanta Midtown And Moxy Atlanta Midtown Now Open

Noble Investment Group and Marriott International today announce the opening of the dual-branded AC Hotel Atlanta Midtown and Moxy Atlanta Midtown in the heart of Midtown's thriving business and arts district. With a combined 288 rooms and suites, this is the first-ever combination of the AC Hotels by Marriott and Moxy Hotels brands under one roof. These new additions mark the first Moxy Hotel in Georgia and the third AC Hotel in Atlanta (Noble's second after the AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza).

Hotel Equities Announces Opening Of First Four Points Hotel In Georgia

Today, Atlanta-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Hotel Equities (HE) announced the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West, Georgia's first Four Points by Sheraton. The 186-room hotel is owned by GGDE, LLC and offers 4,500 square feet of state-of-the-art, flexible meeting space able to accommodate 400+ guests. Hotel Equities will manage the new hotel. Mark Lesser will lead the team as general manager and Stefanie Little will oversee sales and marketing as director of sales.

Moxy Atlanta Midtown to debut this Month

Moxy Atlanta Midtown is slated to debut in January 2019 in one of America's most dynamic business districts and a regional epicenter for music and arts. The 155-room property, developed by Noble Investment Group, was designed by Baskervill for the guest rooms and Streetsense for public spaces.
