Céline McArthur has been appointed as Public Relations and Communications Manager at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa

Steve Janicek has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort and Bretton Woods Ski Mountain

With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Janicek brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Omni Hotels. Daniel DeFusco has been appointed as Executive Chef at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Today, Omni Mount Washington Resort is proud to announce the appointment of Daniel DeFusco to the position of Executive Chef. Chef Daniel will oversee the resort's award-winning dining establishments and further cement the property's status as a culinary destination in New England. He will also oversee new menu developments at select dining establishments at the resort including Rosebrook Bar, Observatory Bar, Main Dining Room, Sun Dining Room, Stickney's Restaurant, Rosebrook Lodge at Bretton Woods, Bretton Arms Dining Room & Wine Bar and more.

John Santaniello has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Santaniello joined the resort and Omni family from Colorado, where he most recently served as general manager of Ritz-Carlton properties in Vail and Bachelor Gulch. Prior to that, he served as vice president of hospitality supporting all mountain food & beverage operations and as general manager for Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Steamboat Springs, Colo. He also did a turn as general manager of lodging operations for Keystone Resort.

Cedric Pas has been named Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Pas joined the Omni family from Hyatt Hotels where he worked for more than 12 years holding positions including corporate profit improvement manager, assistant food and beverage director, executive assistant manager, director of rooms, executive assistant manager and director of food and beverage. Additionally, he served as plantation club manager at The Landings Club in Savannah, Ga., General Manager at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, DCE, and, most recently, executive director of food and beverage at Keystone Hospitality in Keystone, Colo.

Stephen Hilliard has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Raised in Lancaster, New Hampshire, and educated at local schools, Hilliard's roots run deep at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. His parents celebrated their 50th anniversary at the hotel; his father's factory crafted butcher block furniture for Bretton Woods Ski Area Base Lodge; and he worked at the resort during summers while pursuing a BS degree in Hotel Administration from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Hilliard has over 30 years of experience encompassing multiple disciplines including: full service hotels and luxury resorts, vacation rental and the various forms of shared ownership, private and public golf and beach club operations, marinas and retail shops. He was most recently with The St. Joe Company, a publicly owned developer of resort lifestyle and residential communities and one of the largest private landowners in Florida. Recruited as Managing Director Resort & Clubs, he was promoted to Vice President Resort & Club Operations in 2007 and in 2011 became Senior Vice President, Operations with responsibility for more than $250 million in assets including the highly rated WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Robert Clarke has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Mount Washington Resort

Clarke joins the Omni Mount Washington Resort from Belterra Casino, Resort & Spa in Florence, IN, where as Director of Food & Beverage, he oversaw more than 320 employees and the operation of everything from the Casino Deli to a VIP Lounge. Clarke also spent several years in Florida, where he directed a series of high-volume hotel and resort food and beverage operations, including Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista (1997-2009), which achieved AAA Four Diamond status for the first time in 37 years during his time there; Disney's Boardwalk Resort, also in Buena Vista (2000-2005); and Disney's Vero Beach Resort (1997-2000). Clarke began his career as Director of Food & Beverage at Marriott Corporation properties in Tampa and Marco Island, Florida, in 1989.

Michael Aldrich has been appointed as Director of Sales at The Omni Mount Washington Resort

Aldrich joins the Omni Mount Washington Resort from The Langham, Boston, where he spent the past four years as Director of Group Sales. Previously, he held management positions in sales and marketing at prominent properties in and around Boston, including Director of Sales at Summerfield Suites Waltham; Group Sales Manager at the Swissotel in Boston; and Director of Sales Marketing at DoubleTree Guest Suites in Waltham. Aldrich also enjoyed eight years in sales management at various addresses under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts umbrella. He got his start in hospitality as a Restaurant Supervisor at Marriott Long Wharf in Boston in 1991. A native of North Haverhill, NH, Aldrich studied Business Administration Management at Plymouth State College in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
