Ansgar Werneke has been appointed as Executive Chef at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel
Originally from Germany, Chef Ansgar has over twenty two years’ of culinary experience and joins from Jumeirah Beach Hotel where he worked for five years. During his time there he was responsible for the culinary operations in both the restaurant and banquet divisions. Chef Werneke has held a number of roles at Jumeirah including Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine before advancing to the position of Executive Sous Chef in 2009.
