Arlo Hotels to open 217-key Arlo Wynwood, Miami

Arlo Hotels, an independent, experience-driven hotel brand with locations in Miami Beach and New York City's Midtown, NoMad and SoHo neighborhoods, announced today it will debut Arlo Wynwood this October. The property will be the first hotel to open in Miami's preeminent creative and cultural district, which is home to the largest concentration of street art in the world. The all-new 217-room, nine-story hotel will serve as the cultural hub for residents and visitors while offering savvy travelers prime access to the best of the region.

Bolaños, who previously served as vice president of real estate and development for Hyatt, is now responsible for leading Hyatt's development strategy in the Latin America and Caribbean region to drive thoughtful growth across its Timeless Collection, Boundless Collection and Independent Collection brand portfolios. He reports to Pete Sears, Hyatt's Americas group president.
