Arthur Ai has been appointed as General Manager at Pullman Shanghai Skyway

Accor Hospitality Group is pleased to appoint Mr. Arthur Ai as the General Manager of Pullman Shanghai Skyway. Mr. Ai will oversee all aspects of property management in accordance with hotel’s mission statement: operational management, yield management, sales and marketing, Human resources and guest satisfaction etc. Prior to this new post, Mr. Ai was the Acting General Manager of the Hotel. An Australian permanent resident holds a hotel management diploma, Arthur has over 20 years experience in the hospitality business, and he has previously worked with international hotel groups including Hilton, Royal Tulip, and Jinjiang in Shanghai.

Lily Ng has been appointed as President at Caesars Global Living's Asian Operations

Prior to joining Caesars Global Living, Ng was Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, China, and led one of its fastest-growing advisory practices. Under her leadership, the practice was voted Best Consulting Organization by World Hotel Association (2008 & 2011) and Best Hospitality Service Institution of Asia by AHF Hotel International Hotel Investment Summit (2011). Her career spans hotel operations, advisory roles, investment assessments and underwriting for principal investors. She has held positions in Fortune 500 companies including Hilton Hotels Corporation, Security Capital Group (later acquired by GE Capital) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hong Kong). She has been involved in more than USD 300 billion worth of hotel assets throughout China, Asia and the United States and serviced a wide spectrum of hotel investors and owners. In China alone, she has assessed more than 300 projects in over 60 cities across the country.

John O’Shea has been appointed as General Manager at The Langham, Xintiandi

A distinguished hotelier, John has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, 18 of which were as a General Manager or Managing Director of high profile hotels in his native country Australia as well as Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and China. Throughout his career he has consistently shown strong leadership skills which have seen many of the hotels under his guidance win international and regional awards during his tenure.

Paul Proctor has been appointed as General Manager at Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao

Paul Proctor has been appointed General Manager at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao. A hotel veteran with over 14 years of international experience in Asia and Europe, Proctor has been with the InterContinental Hotel group since 2008. He returns to Asia from the role of Hotel Manager at the world's largest Holiday Inn, the Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum. While experienced in Asia, it is his first role in China. Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao is located in the centre of the Pudong New District in Shanhgai, and offers 390 rooms over 24 floors and four restaurants.

Roger Mair has been appointed as Vice President - Operations Greater China at Swiss International Hotels

A Swiss national, Roger Mair has 29 years of hospitality experience in South Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and China, with International hotel groups such as Peninsula, Shangri-La, IHG and Accor. While holding senior operational and managerial positions all these years, Roger opened four deluxe hotels during the last 11 years as General Manager. In Xiamen, he opened the Sofitel and Pullman hotels in 2005 and 2012. Roger joins Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China) as Vice President Operations of the group, as well as General Manager of their first hotel in China, the Swiss International Hotel Xiamen.

Don Li has been appointed as Chief Executive of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (Greater China) at Swiss International Hotels

Don Li holds the position of Chief Executive of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China) and is based at the Corporate Headquarter in Shanghai. Prior to joining Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China), Don was Regional Vice President of Development for the Wyndham Hotel Group International. During these eight years, he directly contributed to the rapid expansion of the five Wyndham brands in China and Japan. With over two decades of hospitality experiences in China and the United States, Don has served with the Marriot, Shangri-La and Wyndham hotel groups in various capacities, including operations, sales & marketing, yield management and organizational learning & development.

Patrick Lo has been appointed as Vice President - Design and Planning Greater China at Swiss International Hotels

A Hong Kong and Australian national, Patrick has broad experiences in the architectural and interior design areas in the hotel and mixed-use projects in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Swiss International, he was a partner / director of major international design firms in Australia, Hong Kong and China. Patrick is knowledgeable in luxury hotels and their designs such as St. Regis, Hyatt, Raffles, MGM, Centara Grand, Westin, etc.
