Robyn Montes has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa

In her role, Montes will help support the daily culinary operations for the property's three culinary concepts — Layla, the dining centerpiece of the hotel, The Bar at MacArthur and The Porch, a marketplace featuring local purveyors — weddings and social events, poolside dining, and the hotel's in-room dining program. With a rich background in the culinary arts and a commitment to impeccable service, Montes will elevate the dining experience at MacArthur Place to new heights.

Nicole Whitaker has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Lodge at Sonoma, an Autograph Collection Resort

As Director of Food & Beverage at The Lodge at Sonoma, Jeff Libunao will oversee all operations at the onsite restaurants including Benicia's Kitchen and High Horse Pool Bar, as well as in-room dining. Having previously worked at The Lodge at Sonoma as Executive Chef throughout the brand's transition from a Renaissance resort to an Autograph Collection Resort, Libunao brings a deep understanding of the resort's culinary operations, the restaurant outlets, and the events/banquet services.

Max Childs has been appointed as General Manager at Cambria Hotel Sonoma Wine Country

With more than 30 years of deep-rooted hospitality experience, Childs is a self-starter who is adept at leading hospitality operations, including training and developmental responsibilities, budget planning and utilizing the latest systems to capture revenue and control costs, all while increasing guest satisfaction. Prior to opening Cambria Hotel Sonoma, Childs held General Manager roles at Hotel La Rose in Santa Rosa, CA, and Hampton Inn Petaluma, where he opened an 1892 Silk Mill into a full-service, 75-room Hampton Inn. His longest-running role was at Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa where he was promoted from Director of Sales to General Manager. There, he led his team through an ownership change and a multimillion-dollar full property renovation.

Stacey Washburn has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Cambria Hotel Sonoma Wine Country

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Washburn played a key role in the hotel's grand opening this summer, by leading the sales and marketing team and overseeing all revenue and distribution management. After obtaining her Masters of Arts in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, Washburn spent 10 years in various sales and marketing roles with industry-leading organizations such as Marriott International, including Sales Manager, Western Mountain Pacific; Sales Executive, Marin County and Emeryville; and Assistant Manager of Room Operations. She was also Sales Manager at Oxford Inns, Suites & Hotels, where she prospected new business leads and negotiated accounts. While Washburn has lived on both coasts, she has found a true home in Sonoma County, where she currently resides with her husband and beloved cat.

Set to debut in early 2019, the historic Sonoma hotel and spa will reveal a completely re-designed property including a fully reinvigorated food and beverage program envisioned in partnership with Zakarian Hospitality.

Rick Corcoran, General Manager of the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Sion Edwards as Director of Sales & Marketing at the iconic Sonoma Valley resort. In this role, Sion will oversee all group and transient sales, catering/conference services and marketing activities at the storied Inn.Sion boasts two decades of progressive experience in hospitality sales and catering/conference service, beginning his career in 1994. After joining Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in 2000, Sion held various leadership positions at sister hotels including the Fairmont San Francisco and the Fairmont Royal York. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at the Fairmont San Francisco. A certified meeting professional (CMP), Sion holds a diploma in hotel management from George Brown College.

Rick Corcoran has been appointed as General Manager at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa

Most recently Corcoran served as Hotel Manager/Acting General Manager at sister property, the Fairmont Vancouver. During his tenure in Vancouver, Rick mentored and inspired 500 colleagues, supervisors and managers to sell over 160,000 bedrooms and serve over 600,000 meals per year. After hosting the 2010 Winter Olympic games, he held posts as Acting General Manager (June 2010 to August 2010) at The Fairmont Dubai and The Fairmont Battery Wharf (August 2011). Having operated premier hotels around the world, Corcoran brings keen insight into the services and amenities most prized by the discerning global traveler. He has held Director of Food and Beverage positions of increasing responsibility at The Fairmont Manoir Richelieu, La Malbaie, Charlevoix, Quebec, (1999-2002), The Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, Quebec City, Quebec (2002-2004) and The Fairmont San Francisco (2004-2007). Earlier stints include several food and beverage managerial posts with the company.
