Angela Howard has been appointed as SVP Talent & Culture, Premium, Midscale & Economy at Accor Pacific

Angela Howard will commence in the position of Senior Vice President Talent & Culture, Premium, Midscale & Economy, for Accor Pacific from 29th March 2023. Angela is an accomplished executive with over 20 years' experience delivering the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Human Resource practices within multi-site and multi-business unit environments. Angela has most recently been performing a global role as the Holland America Group Vice President of Talent and Culture within Carnival Corporation with brands including P&O Cruises Australia, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Cunard, Carnival Cruise Lines and Seabourn. Angela takes over from Shelley Perkins who has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture, Premium, Midscale and Economy, for Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific.

Steven Lake has been appointed as SVP Finance, Premium, Midscale and Economy at Accor Pacific

Steven Lake has been appointed Senior Vice President Finance, Premium, Midscale and Economy, for Accor Pacific. Steven has 28 years of experience at Accor. During this time, following a number of hotel and cluster Financial Controller roles, Steven spent time as Corporate Asset Manager before then taking on the leadership of our operations finance functions in Australia. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Steven was leader of Procurement for 3 years and in his most recent role Steven has led and been integral in growing Accor's Hospitality Services division incorporating Qantas Lounges and, more recently, Concierge, Cafés, Kiosks and 3rd spaces in Commercial Office towers. Steven steps into the role as Philip Basha is promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Premium, Midscale and Economy, for Accor in the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific

Anne Gill has been appointed as SVP Commercial, Premium, Midscale and Economy at Accor Pacific

Anne Gill has taken up the role of Senior Vice President Commercial, Premium, Midscale and Economy, for Accor Pacific. Anne joined Accor in 2019 and has held the role of Vice President Sales and Connected Partners in the Pacific region for the past three and a half years. Prior to joining Accor, Anne held similar positions with a number of other leading global and regional hotel companies across disciplines including Loyalty, Digital, Marketing and Franchise operations. Anne takes up the leadership of the Accor Pacific commercial team, as Renae Trimble has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Accor Plus, the Asia Pacific loyalty subscription program of Accor.

Simon Anderson has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Bondi Junction

Simon Anderson, who will serve as Hotel Manager of Holiday Inn & Suites Bondi Junction brings with him a strong background in hotel management operations, working in faced paced working environments. Previously, he served as Rooms Division Manager for Accor Hotels - Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour - Strata Hotel, Businesses & Residential, and has spent over a decade within the Accor, Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour business.

Emma Alcorn has been appointed as General Manager at Crystalbrook Byron

Alcorn also moves from within the group, relocating from Sydney's Crystalbrook Albion where she has been General Manager since 2021, to become General Manager of Crystalbrook Byron. With over a decade working in management roles at some of Australia's most prestigious hotels and resorts, including One & Only Wolgan Valley and Spicers Tamarind Retreat & Spa, Alcorn brings a deep understanding of the luxury and boutique market to this much-loved resort. Alcorn commenced in the role in February 2023.

Josquin Crepelliere has been appointed as General Manager at Crystalbrook Kingsley

Originally from France, Crepelliere has over 13 years' experience working internationally in the hospitality industry, spanning from Gambia to Fiji. Over the last five years, Crepelliere has worked in leadership roles within luxury Sydney hotels, including Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, Pier One Sydney Harbour, and most recently, Sydney Harbour Marriott Circular Quay. Crepelliere is an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Crepelliere commenced in the role in late 2022.

Adrian Williams has been appointed as Senior Vice President Hotel Operations at Accor, Pacific South

Adrian Williams has been appointed Senior Vice President Hotel Operations, Pacific South. Adrian will be responsible for Accor's Premium, Midscale and Economy hotels in the newly designated Pacific South region, which will include Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia. A new role of Vice President for New Zealand and Fiji has been created which will report into Adrian and an appointment will be announced in the New Year. Adrian began his hospitality career at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Canada and now has over 30 years of hotel operations and senior leadership experience, he holds a Masters in Marketing and has a long history of active board participation in a range of industry organisations.
