As part of her new role, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including the property's 78 luxury rooms and suites and unique offerings. With over 17 years in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Lacroix brings a dynamic perspective to the Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese team. As the hotel's strategic leader, she will work towards exceeding guest expectations through immersive experiences, world-class service, and exclusive amenities. She will begin as general manager at the hotel on May 2.
