Anna Gricini has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel De Russie and the Hotel Savoy

Anna Gricini has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for both the Hotel De Russie (Rome) and the Hotel Savoy (Florence). Anna has extensive experience in sales and marketing having held senior positions at the Dorchester Collection, Starwood Hotels & Resorts as well as Hilton International. Most recently Anna was Director of Sales & Marketing for the prestigious Principe di Savoia Hotel in Milan, successfully managing the repositioning of the hotel.

Alberto Pirozzini has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Savoy

Alberto Pirozzini has a wealth of experience in the luxury hotel sector. Most recently he was General Manager for the Lungarno Hotel in Florence and previously spent six years with the Ritz Carlton group in California, Bahamas, Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. He started his career with Four Seasons in the USA. Alberto Pirozzini comments, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to join The Rocco Forte Collection and the illustrious Hotel Savoy. Stefano Gegnacorsi has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel de Russie

Stefano Gegnacorsi has extensive experience in the hotel sector having previously worked with the most exclusive hotels in Italy and abroad. Most recently he was General Manager of Hotel Savoy in Florence, during which he received numerous accolades, including the highest quality rating ever recorded by Leading Hotels of the World. Prior to joining The Rocco Forte Collection he was General Manager of the renowned Palazzo Sasso in Ravello and previously was Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Eden in Rome. Stefano Gegnacorsi, says: “Coming back to Rome, my native city, and becoming General Manager for the most exclusive hotel in the capital gives me great satisfaction. Massimiliano Perversi has been appointed as General Manager at Carlton Hotel Baglioni

Born in Milan in 1969, Mr Massimiliano Perversi has a solid background in the Luxury Hospitality having worked at the Hotel de Russie in Rome, Four Seasons Hotels in Milan and in Santa Barbara. Appointed General Manager just over a month ago, he has ambitious plans for the Carlton Hotel Baglioni including the development and consolidation of new partnerships with luxury brands. The hotel’s excellent location in the heart of Milan’s fashion quarter and its direct access to Via della Spiga means that events held within the hotel with these new partners will bring added value for guests. Regarding his new appointment, Mr Perversi commented: “I am delighted and proud to run one of the preferred five-star hotels in the city, appreciated by elite guests who include fashion designers, businessmen and politicians from all over the world. Luca Depalo has been appointed as Chef at Starwood's Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort

Italian-born Chef Luca Depalo has worked at various successful international restaurants, most recently at Numero in Manchester, England and has studied at the renowned Hotel Institute in Locarno, Switzerland. At Il Pescatore, his focus will be on seasonal and locovore cooking that celebrates Sardinia’s cuisine, Mediterranean influences, utilizing regional produce and ingredients. Guests can experience dishes that tell the Island’s story through its flavors and proud culinary tradition. “We have introduced several typical recipes that aim to authentically present Sardinia’s cuisine to our guests,” explains Maurizio Immacolato, Food & Beverage Manager of the Cervo Complex that manages the Il Pescatore restaurant. “Our discerning international clientele desire to experience Sardinia’s natural beauty but also discover island culture through the its unique flavors.”
