The opening and positioning of The Carlton Tower was a key success in the development of the Jumeirah brand in Europe. Stephanie has made significant contributions to esteemed establishments in the luxury hospitality sector, starting her career at The Ritz Paris where she played an integral role overseeing sales and marketing during the hotel's four-year renovation project. She later became Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris, where she orchestrated a comprehensive commercial strategy and developed partnerships.

Gillian Mylles has been appointed as General Manager at The Resident Edinburgh, overseeing the hotel's opening in the Scottish capital. The 164-room property was subject to redevelopment of a 1960's eyesore into an exemplar sustainable new purpose for the building as a hotel. Resident Hotels will operate the Upper Upscale hotel, developed with Mactaggart Family & Partners, becoming the sixth ''The Resident'' branded hotel within the group's portfolio.

Axel Krueger has been named General Manager at art’otel London Hoxton

As the brand's highly anticipated second UK opening, art'otel London Hoxton appointed Axel Krueger as General Manager. Krueger brings with him 17 years of experience in premium hotel management. He is also a long-standing member of the PPHE Hotel Group team and first joined the hotel group as Food and Beverage Director for Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London in 2010.
