Hilton Nottingham Announces Completion of £6.5 Million Investment

Hilton Nottingham has placed the finishing touches on a £6.5 million hotel transformation project, which includes the redesign and comprehensive refurbishment of 176 guest rooms, including bathrooms, corridors, noise insulation, installation of air-conditioning throughout and reviewed layouts in the bedrooms. This compliments the lobby which was completed during the pandemic.

Ronald Egelman is the new Senior Director of Development for the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Ronald brings over 25 years of experience in hotel operations, corporate finance, asset management and hotel development. He recently served as Director of Development Middle East & Africa for IHG where he spent most of his career, alongside several other positions at Marriot and independent hotels in Europe.

The Royal Marine Hotel Brora reveals a preview of £1.6m refurbishment

The Brora hotel will reopen on Saturday 25 th June after an extensive renovation Local suppliers will take centre stage with artisans including; Highland BlindCraft Beds, Inverness; Sheenagh Harrison, Artist from Tain; and Fergus Stewart, Potter from Lochinver Highland Coast Hotels is pleased to share a preview of the extensive and exciting renovation of the Royal Marine Hotel, Brora ahead of its formal reopening. Situated only a little over an hour's drive from the city of Inverness in the North Highlands, the hotel has undergone a total refurbishment of its 21 bedrooms. All the public areas on the ground floor have also been renovated and the hotel is launching new food and beverage concepts, including the opening of The Curing Yard Restaurant, the Megan Boyd Bar, and the James Braid Lounge, all of which will serve meals.
