Dan Wilson has been appointed as General Manager at Mercure Southampton Centre Dolphin Hotel

Hailing from Southampton, Dan joins the hotel with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career aged 15 years with work experience for two weeks in a local hotel. This was his light-bulb moment, and from here he decided that his future lay in the hotel sector. Dan worked his way up the ladder, starting as a day porter at the same hotel, and his skills and talent were quickly spotted. He shortly after graduated from the company's Management Training programme. He then went onto to the position of general manager at the Langrish House Hotel in Petersfield, Hampshire.

Caroline Kennedy has been appointed as Grand Tea Lounge Bar and Manager at Trump Turnberry, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scotland

Caroline will manage the hotel's celebrated bar and lounge, famous for being the heart of Trump Turnberry and for its afternoon teas, including the speciality Turnberry blend tea infused with Hendricks's gin, relaxed menus and extensive drinks offering, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran.

Stuart Pannell has joined PPHE Hotel Group as VP Project and Technical Services

Sabina has also held operational roles at luxury hotels and airlines in Europe, Central America and Australia.
