During her time with Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Shaw was successful at developing multiple disciplines within her revenue teams and working at properties from 200 to over 1,400 rooms in varying locations of suburban, city center and resort destinations. Over the course of 20 years, Shaw served in multiple leadership positions, acting as director of revenue management at the La Cantera Hill County Resort in San Antonio and several hotels in the Kansas City area, including sales and training roles for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
