Blue Flag Partners, a Boston-based investor and developer, acquired the historic Century House on Cliff Road in January, and hired Life House to re-design and operate the hotel. Life House, Nantucket will be the brand's first hotel to open in the Northeast, with additional forthcoming projects in the region to be announced soon.
PROCON is in the last stretch of work on a 79,350 SF Staybridge Suites/Holiday Inn Express dual-branded hotel at 245 Revere Beach Parkway in Revere. Long term partners XSS Hotels and PROCON of Manchester, NH teamed up again as the developer, architect, and construction manager, respectively. Portsmouth, NH based Colwen Hotel Management is providing comprehensive management services. The new hotel is only two minutes from the beach, 3.2 miles from Boston-Logan International Airport, and less than 10 minutes from Boston.
