The all-new Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center is located atop the 1,121 foot (342 metre) Comcast Technology Center in the city's vibrant downtown, offering unobstructed views from the 48th to 60th floors at the building's very summit. The 219-room Hotel, includes new restaurant concepts by Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Greg Vernick, a full-floor spa and wellness sanctuary and extensive meeting spaces.

Pittsburgh's first art hotel features work by over 30 local artists and is located in the former Washington Education Center at the base of the 40th Street Bridge in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood. TRYP Pittsburgh | Lawrenceville is the first TRYP by Wyndham concept in the state of Pennsylvania and was developed by Century Hospitality, a hospitality group with locations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Wheeling, West Virginia.

Shaner Silver Spring Hotel, LLC Breaks Ground on 108-Room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Mechanicsburg in Pa.

Officials of Shaner Silver Spring Hotel, LLC, a partnership between Shaner Hotels, an award winning, international hotel owner, operator and developer, and Quarryville, Pa.-based Paul Risk Construction, a fourth generation, family-owned construction company, today announced the groundbreaking of the 108-room Fairfield by Marriott Mechanicsburg in Pa. The hotel is expected to open during the third quarter of 2020. Pennian Bank, based in Mifflintown, Pa., provided the construction financing.

The Oaklander Hotel Opens in Pittsburgh, PA on February 28, 2019

The Oaklander Hotel is scheduled to open on Thursday, February 28, 2019, along with its highly anticipated restaurant, Spirits & Tales. The Oaklander is located on Bigelow Boulevard across from Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall, next to the former Pittsburgh Athletic Association (PAA) in Pittsburgh's Oaklandneighborhood. As a part of Marriott's esteemed Autograph Collection, the luxe boutique hotel has 167 guest rooms, five event spaces, and one restaurant. The Oaklander is the first Autograph Collection hotel to open in the state of Pennsylvania.

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions has named Arthur Keith as general manager for the company's Pocono Mountains resort. A hospitality veteran who has managed marquee properties throughout the world, Keith will oversee all day-to-day operations, as well as provide leadership and guidance to the Poconos on-site management team, while serving as liaison to the regional Poconos community. Keith assumed the position on Dec. 13, 2018.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc's first-ever W and Element dual-branded hotel development, scheduled to open in the heart of downtown Philadelphia in Q4 of 2019. The 295-room W Philadelphia and 460-room Element Philadelphia will occupy a 51 story skyscraper located in the geographic center of the city's business, arts and retail districts, and directly across from Philadelphia City Hall.
