She holds over two decades of executive leadership experience within heritage lifestyle, hotel and entertainment brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, The New York Palace, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Hershey Entertainment Resorts. As executive director at The New York Palace, she oversaw a $35 million food and beverage renovation of seven onsite restaurants and bars. She then went on to become the resident manager at the Waldorf Astoria New York where she managed all guest room operations and launched a New York Times-reviewed dining concept. Prior to joining Arizona Biltmore, Murtagh served as general manager of the Hilton Salt Lake City Center where she successfully led the downtown convention hotel through its highest levels of profit in 2019 and remained open through the pandemic.
