Hard Rock and the Tejon Indian Tribe Celebrate the Groundbreaking of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon

Hard Rock International and the Tejon Indian Tribe celebrated the groundbreaking of the long-awaited hotel and casino located at Hwy. 166 and Sabodan Road West of the community of Mettler, California on Tejon Tribal land. The celebration featured a commemorative shovel groundbreaking with Hard Rock representatives, Tejon Indian Tribe leadership and general membership plus statewide and local community leaders.

Paradigm Development Partners, LLC was joined by Clay County officials and project partners on Tuesday, October 17 to celebrate the official groundbreaking of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg. The contemporary 124-room extended-stay hotel is coming soon to the Clay Town Center, a new mixed-use development at the southwest corner of Branan Field Road and Old Jennings Road boasting professional offices, restaurants and retail space.

Groundbreaking ceremony for ibis Styles Hotel at Munich Airport

The ibis Styles brand, renowned for its exceptional and unique designs at more than 560 hotels around the world, is growing thanks to a new addition at Munich Airport. The project officially got under way with the groundbreaking ceremony on May 30, 2023. The 358-room hotel is due to open in spring 2025. The owner of the building is Munich Airport, while Accor will operate the hotel under a management contract. The hotel will offer an open-plan lobby with a breakfast area, bar, restaurant and co-working space, as well as a gym and dedicated parking. The theme for the hotel's design will center on the Isar river in its many forms.

Vision Hospitality Group Celebrates Groundbreaking of Embassy Suites By Hilton in Downtown Chattanooga

Vision Hospitality Group Inc. held a groundbreaking ceremony today commencing construction on the seven-story 184-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown. Ideally located on the corner of Broad Street and 4th Street in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga, the Embassy Suites Chattanooga Downtown will feature a rooftop bar, a street-level bar and coffee area in an open lobby style, a leasable restaurant space, and 5,000 total square feet of meeting space. Centrally located in the heart of the city, the property is blocks from the Tennessee Aquarium, Hunter Museum of American Art, National Medal of Honor Heritage Museum and Tennessee Riverpark festivals and events.
