Peachtree Group Breaks Ground on Dual-Branded AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel in Dallas

Peachtree Group ("Peachtree") celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 19-story, dual-branded hotel development featuring the award-winning Marriott brands, AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel, in the heart of Uptown Dallas. The development will bring 264 upscale rooms, modern amenities and unique lifestyle offerings to the bustling McKinney Avenue corridor. The much-anticipated project promises to elevate the city's hospitality scene and is expected to open in Summer 2026.

Valencia Hotel Group Breaks Ground on Caravan Court, by Valencia Hotel Collection

Valencia Hotel Group is thrilled to announce that construction is underway for the development of Caravan Court, the eighth property in the Valencia Hotel Collection, set to debut in Arlington, Texas in 2026. Featuring 145 rooms and 7 suites, Caravan Court will be a modern reinvention of the classic motor court hotel, blending mid-century aesthetics with contemporary luxury. Valencia Hotel Group, in partnership with Sam Mahrouq and Walid Joulani of Division Hotel Management LLC, will build the Caravan Court Property on the site of the former Caravan Motel and Dollar Car Sales. Located on the historic Division Street, the Caravan Court property is poised to become a cornerstone of Arlington's transformation and revitalization efforts.

Construction Begins On Royal Caribbean's First Royal Beach Club

Royal Caribbean International and The Bahamas marked the start of a new adventure today as the cruise line broke ground on Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, the 17-acre beach day experience on Paradise Island in Nassau, The Bahamas. The beginning of construction was celebrated on location, where Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty and Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley were joined by The Bahamas' Prime Minister Philip Davis and Deputy Prime Minister I. Chester Cooper to commemorate the major milestone.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) celebrates the groundbreaking of Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga in Tennessee, set to open in early 2026. Developed by 3H Group Inc. under a franchise agreement with Hyatt, the hotel in Chattanooga will uniquely combine the design and comfort of an upscale, lifestyle hotel with the self-activation capabilities of a select-service property. Following the debut of its first property in Memphis, Tenn. in 2022, the Caption by Hyatt brand is poised to grow in several more key markets this year, both in the United States and internationally.
