Greg Zabinski has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Capital Markets at Peachtree Group

Greg Zabinski was promoted to executive vice president, capital markets for Peachtree PC Investors. Zabinski holds a bachelor's degree in management with a certificate in finance and a minor in economics from Georgia Tech. Before Peachtree, Zabinski was with Morgan Stanley in private wealth, analyzing and investing in private equity, hedge funds and option-related strategies. He began his career as an investment banker with New York-based Citigroup to help structure credit facilities for Fortune 500 companies.

Michelle Russo has been named Jack A. Shaffer Financial Advisor of the Year at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (HotelAVE)

Kerry Niprikas has been promoted to Vice President of Finance at Wincome Hospitality

Since joining Wincome Hospitality in January of 2019 as Corporate Controller, Kerry Niprikas has led the finance and accounting for Wincome Hospitality and its entities through unprecedented times. A 30-year hospitality veteran of finance and operations, Niprikas says he has seen his "share of economic swings (the Great Recession) and major travel disruptors (9/11)". Couple this with his past experience at both the property and corporate levels and on various hotel brands including Fairmont, Westin, Marriott, and Hilton, and you have a highly skilled financial executive trained in being flexible and resourceful which was invaluable to leading Wincome Hospitality through the current coronavirus pandemic. This led to his earlier promotion to Corporate Director of Finance and now Vice President of Finance.

Chad Paris has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The Marcus Corporation

Prior to joining The Marcus Corporation, Paris served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Jason Group, Inc., formerly Jason Industries, Inc., a Milwaukee-based global manufacturing company, leading the company's accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, investor relations and information technology functions. Prior to being appointed chief financial officer in 2017, Paris held various leadership roles in corporate and business unit finance at Jason. Earlier in his career, Paris served as audit senior manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, a global accounting firm and professional services network. Paris holds a master's degree in management with an emphasis in accounting and a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He is also a certified public accountant in the state of Wisconsin.

Nick Galli has been appointed as Regional Director of Finance at Kirkwood Collection

Nick Galli joins the team as Regional Director of Finance. Galli is responsible for ensuring that the portfolio achieves institutional-grade controls, procedures, and reporting to meet USALI-11 compliance as Kirkwood prepares to launch its syndication platform integrating with private equity capital. Prior to joining Kirkwood, Galli was Director of Finance at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and previously worked at the St. Regis Aspen Resort.

Justin Shoener has been appointed as Director of Restaurant Financial Operations at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group

Like Indigo Road founder, Steve Palmer, Shoener's hospitality career began as a dishwasher and touched upon all integral roles within the restaurant, from server to general manager, allowing him an expansive understanding of the granular specifics of the operations. Previously a general manager for the Charlotte locations of IRHG restaurants O-Ku and Oak Steakhouse, Shoener moved to the Carolinas from Orlando, FL to join the Indigo Road team. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as the director of operations for a restaurant group in Orlando. During this time with the group, he opened several restaurants and oversaw a variety of concepts. As a senior leader responsible for financial operations, Shoener works with restaurants on the back-end financials regarding cost of goods, P&L reviews, and efficient reporting. It's not all about the numbers for him, however, as he thrives on mentoring employees to develop and grow in their hospitality careers as he experienced firsthand.

Chris Dunne has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Atrium Hospitality

Dunne's role has been elevated from CFO of Atrium Hospitality as he assumes oversight of the company's newly created Feasibility and Business Analytics Group. His new role also includes responsibility for loan administration for the enterprise. He joined Atrium Hospitality in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality operations and finance experience to the newly created CFO role. Prior to Atrium, he worked for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for more than 19 years, including as VP, operations finance, Americas. He directed the financial support and business partnering for IHG's largest operating region, spanning the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Thomas Fink has been promoted to Group Director Finance & Administration at Ruby Hotels GmbH

Also, Thomas Fink has been promoted to Group Director Finance & Administration. In this newly created role, Fink and his staff are responsible for the continued automation and complexity reduction of accounting, payments, cash management, and bookkeeping in order to efficiently handle international growth in the background. The Ruby Group already operates in six countries, with two more to be added shortly thanks to the contractually secured project pipeline. Thomas Fink has already been successfully accompanying Ruby's growth for five years as part of Martin Zilkens' team, Vice President Finance. His promotion is in line with Ruby's elective goal to train and develop junior management staff.

Lance Tucker has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Davidson Hospitality Group

Laura Mutterperl has been promoted to Chief Legal Officer at Dream Hotel Group

Samantha Greenberg has joined Mint House as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mint House, the leading tech-enabled residential hospitality company, today announced that Samantha Greenberg will join as CFO effective January 18, 2022.
