Christopher Reagan has been appointed as Director of Finance at Westin Tampa Bay

As Director of Finance, Reagan will also play a fundamental role in achieving the financial and operational goals of the hotel's long-term investment. After managing limited service properties including Marriott Fairfield Inn, Hilton Hampton Inn and AmeriSuites by Hyatt for nearly 11 years, Reagan returned to his financial background when he joined Loews Hotels as an assistant director of finance in Nashville where he worked for several years prior to his move to the Sunshine State. Most recently, he held the position of director of finance at Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel.

Sarang Peruri has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Oxford Capital Group, LLC

Sarang Peruri has been involved in over $10 billion in transactions during his career and over $1 billion in transactions while with Oxford. Peruri is engaged in multiple facets of the business including investor relations, deal origination, acquisitions underwriting, due diligence, project financing, project design, entitlements/planning, construction, and property operations. He is responsible for investment opportunities across the real estate spectrum and in the corporate private equity area. Prior to joining Oxford, Peruri worked in acquisitions and asset management at Sam Zell's Equity International, focused primarily on real estate related platform investments in South America and Asia. Peruri began his career working in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in New York City. He graduated with an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, was a recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association Scholarship and the Robert Toigo Fellowship, and served as teaching assistant to Professor Jeremy Siegel. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with Highest Honors and awarded the Bronze Tablet, and completed the yearlong General Course program at the London School of Economics.

Kerry O'Hare has been appointed as Chief Accounting Officer at Oxford Capital Group, LLC

Kerry O'Hare is responsible for financial reporting, tax, treasury and finance, investor relations, risk management, and human resources. Before joining Oxford in 1998, O'Hare was the manager of finance and controls at Strategic Hotel Capital, a $2 billion company formed primarily by Goldman Sachs, Security Capital, and Prudential. Prior to joining Strategic, O'Hare worked at the international corporate offices of Borg Warner Automotive, Inc., a product leader in highly engineered components and systems primarily for vehicle power train applications. O'Hare began her career with the Assurance Practice of KPMG Pear Marwick, LLP. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Marquette University and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, she is a member of Commercial Real Estate for Executive Women (CREW), Chicago Chapter, where she serves on its Leadership and Development Committee and also serves on the Leader Council for the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.

Melanie Johns has been appointed as CFO at The Hardy Group

Melanie Johns brings more than 30 years of financial reporting experience in various development, management and construction industries to The Hardy Group. Previously she held several VP roles at Cortland Partners where she oversaw its accounting, financial planning, tax and investor reporting. With her extensive experience in finance, Melanie will additionally bring forth her proficiency in implementing new technology and systems in accounting that will be an advantage for The Hardy Group, an innovative leader in the field. The John Hardy Group previously spun a project management and accounting technology out of its offices. Rivur, founded by development director Brent Hardy and CTO Max Ellerhorst, is currently used by The Hardy Group and three other industry firms.

Kevin Walsh has been named Regional Director of Finance at Pyramid Global Hospitality

BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has appointed Kevin Walsh regional director of finance. Mr. Walsh's responsibilities will include overseeing the accounting and financial operations of several of Benchmark's properties, including The Essex Resort & Spa, The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, The Heldrich and the Copley Square Hotel. Kirk Jones, chief financial officer, made the announcement.

Christian Lange has been appointed as Legal Manager at EVENT Hotels

EVENT Hotels gets its own in-house lawyerChristian Lange, LL.M., most recently Senior Associate at international law firm CMS Hasche Sigle, is set to strengthen EVENT Hotels in his position as Legal Manager.After gaining his Master's degree in International Business Law in Tilburg, the Netherlands, and passing the state examinations in law, the 35-year-old lawyer worked for the legal firm for a total of almost nine years, including about seven years as a lawyer. In this capacity, he focused on restructuring, credit and corporate law issues. He also has relevant exper ience in real estate transactions.In his new role as Legal Manager, Christian Lange will be responsible for providing legal advice to all departments of EVENT Hotels with regard to their day-to-day operations as well as for coordinating external legal advisors.

Shaun Griffin has been promoted to Director of Finance at Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa, Cardozo South Beach, Beachwalk Elite Hotel and Resort, and Marenas Beach Resort.

Jim Koutsky has been named Director of Finance at Grand Plaza Hotel and The Beachcomer

Jim Koutsky was most recently director of finance for Benchmark's Stonewall Resort of Roanoke, West Virginia. Previous to this he served as chief financial officer for Visionary Destin, a resort and property management company located in Destin, Florida.Mr. Koutsky has also held the position of corporate controller for Callaway Gardens Resort of Pine Mountain, Georgia, and served in leadership positions in finance at Amelia Island Plantation, and with Hyatt Hotels.He is a graduate of Southern College, located in Orlando, Florida. Kelli Sahara has been appointed as Account Director for Marriott International – Waikiki Complex at Kyo-ya’s beachfront properties in Waikiki

Sahara, who started her hospitality career with Kyo-ya more than 10 years ago, is now the primary sales contact for large local groups that are looking to hold their non-profit, charity galas and events at three of Kyo-ya's beachfront properties in Waikiki, including the Sheraton Waikiki, The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort and Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa. She most recently was a sales manager in catering, working primarily with destination weddings. Prior to that, she was a coordinator in the complex sales department; early in her career, she was also a concierge at The Royal Hawaiian and served as host help at Azure Restaurant at The Royal Hawaiian. She has won numerous commendations over the years, including "Most Living the Brand" during her management training program, and honorable mention for Front Desk Person of the Year in the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association's (HLTA) Na Po'e Pa'ahana Awards.

Jack Xiao has been appointed as Vice President, Financial Controller – Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa at Rosewood Hotel Group

Following a term at manufacturing company Kohler Co., as Director of Finance for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa territories, Jack Xiao joins Rosewood as a key member of the brand's global finance leadership team to support companywide corporate initiatives. Before his time with Kohler, Jack served as Financial Controller of premium rubber producer GMG Global Ltd. His extensive experience also includes a variety of senior finance executive roles for industrial supply company W. W. Grainger, electrification, automation and digitalization powerhouse Siemens, and digital technology leader ABB Group.

Jeffrey Wong has been appointed as Vice President, Finance – Americas and Europe at Rosewood Hotel Group

Jeffrey Wong comes to the group from AccorHotels Group, where he most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Business Support for North and Central America. In this role, Jeffrey was responsible for overseeing 90 hotels in ten countries across 25 different brands, while simultaneously supporting development opportunities to optimize unit growth. Prior to his work with AccorHotels, Jeffrey was the Corporate Director of Finance and Business Support for Americas, East and Canada at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he managed corporate finance responsibilities for 28 managed hotels and 1,600 franchised hotels across six InterContinental brands.
