Sourav Ghosh has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Host Hotels & Resorts

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) (the "Company"), the nation's largest lodging real estate investment trust, today announced that Sourav Ghosh has been appointed as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective September 1, 2020. Mr. Ghosh currently serves as the Company's executive vice president, Strategy & Analytics and has held various leadership roles across Host's corporate finance, strategy, business intelligence and analytics functions since 2009. In his new role, Mr. Ghosh will lead Host's finance function, including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Information Technology, in addition to Enterprise Analytics. Brian Macnamara, who has led the Company's finance organization since December 2019, will continue in his role as Host's senior vice president and corporate controller.

Felitia Lee has been appointed as CAO at Marriott International, Inc.

Marriott International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAR) announced the appointment of Felitia Lee as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective August 28, 2020. Ms. Lee will be the Company's principal accounting officer and report to Leeny Oberg, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Lee succeeds Bao Giang Val Bauduin, who is taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Consumer Operations, Technology and Emerging Businesses for the company. Ms. Lee joined Marriott in May 2020 supporting management of the company's accounting operations.

Lindsey Appelget has been appointed as Director of Finance at Luminary Hotel & Co.

Lindsey Appelget has been appointed Director of Finance and will oversee the areas of finance, project accounting, and hotel operational accounting. With more than a decade of experience, Appelget joins the Luminary team from the Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront, where she worked as Director of Finance. She began her career as Controller at Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club and Resort in Tucson, Arizona, later taking the Opening Controller position at Plunge Beach Hotel in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. Before moving to Savannah, the Western Michigan University graduate was Complex Director of Finance at Doubletree by Hilton Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she expertly managed three separate business units.

Elizabeth Redmond has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer at Choice Hotels International, Inc.

Elizabeth Redmond has been promoted to chief accounting officer, where she will be responsible for the company's financial reporting requirements and transforming several of the company's critical functions, including corporate accounting, domestic and international accounting operations, financial reporting and accounting policy, and real estate accounting. Across her 13-year tenure at Choice, Redmond has been instrumental in the company's success through leading enterprise-wide process reengineering efforts, implementing new complex accounting standards and improving internal control structures and procedures. Redmond joined the company in 2007 and has held various key roles in the finance department, most recently serving as vice president of financial reporting and accounting.

Raul Ramirez has been promoted to Senior VP, Head of International and Strategic & Financial Planning at Choice Hotels International, Inc.

Raul Ramirez has been promoted to senior vice president, head of international and strategic & financial planning. Ramirez will assume leadership for all aspects of Choice's international division, including building the overall strategic direction and expansion of the company's international operations, which spans over 40 countries and territories. Prior to this promotion, Ramirez served as senior vice president of international strategic planning and global head of financial planning and analysis, where he led the finance, corporate development and business planning of the international organization. Ramirez will continue to lead the company's financial planning function and assume oversight of Choice's strategy group, where he will establish the long-range strategic and financial plans for the company. He has been a key member of Choice since 2017, when he joined as the company's vice president of strategic finance and financial planning and analysis.

Scott Oaksmith has been promoted to Senior VP of Real Estate and Finance at Choice Hotels International, Inc.

Scott Oaksmith has been promoted to senior vice president of real estate and finance. In this role, he will lead several strategic areas of the company, including real estate investment and asset management, as well as the company's treasury operations. Oaksmith will work closely with the company's franchise development and brand teams to accelerate the growth trajectory of the company's brands through strategically deploying capital in the form of hotel development, joint venture investing and lending programs with a focus on major markets and sought-after destinations where guests want to travel. As part of his new role, Oaksmith will also assume oversight of Choice's business intelligence group, where he will oversee the company's data analytics initiatives and promote a culture of data informed decision-making. Since joining Choice in 2002, Oaksmith has held numerous positions within the company, including controller, as well as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer.

Dave Wood has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Agilysys, Inc.

The appointment follows the resignation of Tony Pritchett, Current Chief Financial Officer, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Dave Wood has been the Company's Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations since June 2019, after having served as Agilysys Vice President - Finance. Following his resignation, Tony Pritchett will remain with the Company until June 30 to assist with the transition.

Katrin Schöfer has been appointed as Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Cycas Hospitality

Also based in Germany is Katrin Schöfer, the newest addition to Cycas's expanding central finance team. As the company's Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Intelligence, Katrin will maximise synergies between the development and finance departments, and help incorporate enhanced business intelligence into the company's long-term plans. With experience across a number of leisure companies, including Lufthansa AirPlus, she joins the team from Penta Hotels, where she oversaw their global financial reporting processes.

Michelle McKinney Frymire has been named Chief Finance & Strategy Officer at CWT in America

CWT, the B2B4E travel management platform, today announces the following change within its Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - Michelle McKinney Frymire is named Chief Finance & Strategy Officer. The change is prompted by the planned departure from the company of David Falter, formerly President of RoomIt by CWT, both effective 1 May 2020. Michelle Frymire was appointed to the ELT in January 2019 upon joining the company and was formerly the company's Chief Financial Officer. She has 18 years' travel industry experience, with CFO roles at Starwood Vacation Ownership and Delta Technology (a division of Delta Airlines), and financial leadership roles with Continental Air Lines and Delta Air Lines. In addition, she held CFO positions at several private equity portfolio companies before joining CWT. Michelle has served as a member of the Texas Women's Foundation Economic Leadership Council and is currently on the Board of Directors for Family Gateway in Dallas, Texas. She holds a bachelor's degree, in economics, from Austin College, Texas and an MBA, in finance and accounting, from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.

Pam Kirby has been named VP of Hotel Transitions and Finance at HEI Hotels & Resorts in Norwalk

Kirby joined HEI in 2015 as vice president of ownership services and analytics. Prior to joining HEI, Kirby held key executive positions with Interstate Hotels and Crestline Hotels + Resorts, where she last served as vice president, hotel finance. In her new role as vice president of hotel transitions and finance, she will play a key operations role in leading newly managed HEI hotels after opening and during the transition process. Kirby's 20 years of hospitality experience runs the gamut from portfolio management, acquisitions and divestments to centralized accounting. She attended the University of Oregon and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting.
