John Helderman has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Mr. Helderman most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Las Vegas-based financial services operator The Brennan Entities, and he held a similar role for slot company Bluberi Gaming. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for multiple Las Vegas Strip resorts, and he held the titles of President and Chief Executive Officer when he led a turnaround of the nonprofit Goodwill of Southern Nevada. He currently serves on the board of Goodwill and is a graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2022.

Michael Moten has joined Virtuoso as Vice President, Finance & Accouting

Moten has served as an operational leader for financial teams across five industries, including a Fortune 10 company. At Virtuoso, he is responsible for orchestrating the company's financial and accounting functions, including comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting, as well as leading the Finance and Accounting teams. His most recent role was with Mattamy Corporation, the largest private homebuilder in North America, where he led a strategy that increased the company's revenue in its Dallas, Texas, division by 393 percent in three years. Moten's additional experience includes similar positions at PulteGroup, Americold Logistics, Carestream Health and General Motors.

Brad Read has been appointed as Vice President of Finance at Hotel Equities Group, LLC

Read brings with him a strong professional background in strategic finance and commercial leadership with an impressive track record driving commercial growth, cost containment and profitability. His expertise includes directing end-to-end financials both on domestic and international levels, including budgeting and forecasting, revenue optimization, financial analysis, and market strategy. Brad is an alumnus of the University of Delaware and the University of Maryland Global Campus with degrees in Business Administration and Management. His proven leadership skills in finance and strategy over the past 20-plus years coupled with his experience with technical tools and software will be a tremendous asset to the firm.

Regina Pruitt has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cote Hospitality

Poised to become instrumental in the growth of Cote Family Destinations, Pruitt joins the company from Charlestowne Hotels, where she served as vice president of finance for the entire portfolio of forty boutique, soft-branded, and branded hotels, as well as the corporate operation. With over fifteen years of experience helping hospitality organizations reach their full potential, in addition to boutique and lifestyle properties, Pruitt's background includes resorts, such as PGA National Resort, Spa, & Golf Club, and branded hotels, including Radisson Hotel Group Americas. Over her career she has focused on managed hotels, on-boarding and opening new properties, and developing outstanding hotel finance teams. She specializes in system and process implementation, finding efficiencies, and making hotel finance accessible and practical for all.

Scott Oaksmith has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Choice Hotels International, Inc.

In this role, he will lead Choice's overall financial strategy and corporate growth initiatives to drive ongoing expansion across major markets and maximize shareholder value. A more than 20-year veteran with Choice, Mr. Oaksmith has worked closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow the company's core business and adjacent lines of business, streamlined financial operations, enhanced capital allocation strategies, and utilized advanced analytics to drive strategic and operating decisions in support of the company's goals. 

Beth Womersley has been appointed as Vice President of Internal Audit at Holiday Inn Club Vacations

Beth Womersley joined HICV as Vice President of Internal Audit, where she will guide the Internal Audit team to ensure the efficiency, compliance, and alignment of internal controls and processes within the company's overarching growth objectives. With over 25 years of experience in building and leading internal audit teams, Beth's expertise is complemented by her tenure as a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Internal Auditors. Additionally, Beth is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

Christina Chan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific (excluding China) at Marriott International, Inc.

A 23-year veteran of the company, Christina Chan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific (excluding China). In her new elevated role, Christina will oversee Finance Operations, Asset Management, Compliance and Owner Relations; while providing counsel for the Administrative Finance, Business Analysis, and Feasibility teams in the region. During her career with Marriott, Christina has held critical leadership roles in Finance and Asset Management & Analysis.

Nick Brooks has joined Premier as General Counsel

Chad Perry has been appointed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at RLJ Lodging Trust

RLJ Lodging Trust today announced the appointment of Chad D. Perry as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Perry served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT). In his role at RLJ, Mr. Perry will lead the Company's legal department, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Leslie D. Hale.

Joseph Klam has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Remington Hospitality

Remington Hospitality, a dynamic hotel management company that manages 128 hotels across more than 20 brands, has welcomed Joseph Klam as Chief Financial Officer. Klam, who brings almost 40 years of industry experience, will lead efforts out of the company's corporate offices in Dallas and oversee financial planning, accounting, and global financial operations for Remington Hospitality.
