New Generation Hospitality Announces Appointment of Kevin Mahoney, President

New Generation Hospitality (NGH) announced today that it has appointed KevinMahoney, President. New Generation has recently purchased Somerset Hills Hotel in Warren, NJ and the Inn at Somerset Hills in Basking Ridge, NJ. In addition to this acquisition, NGH also acquired the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Suites Allentown Jetport, Allentown Pa. at the Lehigh Valley Airport. As part of NGH’s plan, the company will seek to brand the Inn at Somerset Hills as a Hotel Indigo, the exciting new boutique concept initiated by IHG. The Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Jetport will remain a Four Points under a ten year agreement with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and will also undergo and extensive renovation.

Lorica Solutions Purchased by Hotel Technology Solutions

Hotel Technology Solutions (HTS), a company formed by Mark Holzberg and Seabury Capital, has acquired Lorica Solutions. Joining HTS as equity partners are New York based Enhanced Capital Partners and Stonehenge Capital Company. Lorica is the developer of the Lorica Room Center (LRC), a cutting edge, managed converged network specifically designed for the hospitality industry. Lorica has more than 150 hotel customers today, with brands including Marriott, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, Choice, InterContinental and Radisson.
