Liliana Myers has been appointed as Pastry Chef at Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek

Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, has welcomed Liliana Myers as pastry chef. Myers will use her experience in the baking industry to curate signature pastries and desserts for Local Jones, the hotel and its restaurant concepts, as well as for meetings, events and catering.Myers joined the Halcyon team as pastry chef in 2025. Her previous culinary experience includes positions at several New York restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Rouge Tomate, and she spent time in France as a pastry and savory cook at Michelin-starred La Fenière. Myers relo cated to Boulder in 2013, where she spent years leading numerous pastry programs at notable Boulder restaurants. Before joining the Halcyon team, Myers was the executive pastry chef at Safta where she led the bakery program and developed dessert menus. An award-winning pastry chef, in 2022 Myers was recognized as a Rising Star Pastry Chef for StarChefs.
